    Nathalie is so flexible - I'm definitely not! I couldn't do a lot of the moves, but improvising, I did actually get to the end of the full hour. Thank you Nathalie.

I work in a lab as a molecular biologist - however I'm far away from home (3,5h) & I work quite a lot so it's definitely a challenge to find the right balance between TH-cam, work and free time, but as I promised, I'lo do my very best 🥰 thank you for being here, you are such a sweet soul ✨

    Nathalie, thank you. This is just a terrific workout! As a former triathlete, I appreciate the balance in this 60-minute sequence between strength/stamina, upper/lower body, and aerobic/anaerobic. Really challenging (surprisingly so) but also energizing by the end. Lots of good energy flowing afterwards. Thank you, again, and I love some of your other videos that I have tried, as well.

    I didn't remember having done this one before ;))))) And I still found it as amazing. I had a hard time in the balance part though .... could'nt really be stable in the lunge to front and even worse in the last bit (lengthening the leg behind while folding) Am really sweaty but felling great :) Thanks Nathalie :)))))))

    Been looking everyday for a new class. It's so interesting to hear about your life. Have you done a question and answer session? I really enjoy the 50-60 min classes and have combined your shorter ones. Pilates is my favorite, but I enjoyed this one. I hope you can start posting weekly sessions again. Did you just graduate or change jobs?

    Christ almighty this video defines if you need a better yoga matt! Mines only really thin n had to keep stopping cos my knees and hands were getting really sore n red. Defo need a THICK yoga mat! Good workout though!

    Honestly I found this a bit slow and boring. All the moves felt the same. Seems popular with others tho. Just not good for those of us with short attention spans who need more variety!
