The reunion was great for a trip down memory lane and for the youngsters that missed out 1st time. However, those of us lucky enough to have beenat this gig will cherish these clips. It was about a specific time, a very short moment in time that we were lucky enough to have been part of. I mind so much about the day from the carry out we got round from the gig to hanging out in Dunkin Donuts as we had missed our train. Cant mind what I did last week! Roses forever!
Reni's last gig so effectively the last REAL Roses gig but my God didn't they go out in some fucking style? Can't put into words how special this band are, I WANNA BE ADORED!!
Never had the good fortune to catch the Stone Roses at their peak and as much as I enjoyed Heaton Park, it was surely mere karaoke in comparison to this.
the best Stone Roses gig I've ever heard. the reason why is that, unusually, Ian Brown is pretty much note perfect throughout. let's hope it's as, in Mani's words, "magical" as this in Heaton Park. i'm counting the days until the 30th June! i can't recall ever being this exited for a gig. best band in the world.
I remember the lights went on just as Reni came in and Ian was just strolling around like a kid.The whole place just erupted! I was against them getting back but now when I think of the joy they brought and how little money they got for their efforts I say they deserve all that's coming to them.I saw Ian Brown a few times and he never sounded as good as he did that night. It was their greatest live performance and I've never seen a cloud of steam like the one in the tent.Happy times!
I was near the front when this started playing. They had just come on stage and as the song built the surge got worse. In the end I could lift my legs off the floor and not fall down the crush was that bad. Fucking awesome, i'll never forget it.
I was their with about another 8000.as soon as the music started the place was bouncing from start to finish. And everyone sang every song word for word.
wish they'd get back together. Why can't Ian and John shake hands, blame the drugs and move on? Forget about world peace lol just peace between those 2 would do me fine lol.
I remember the crowd surge during this song, I was practically lifted off my feet and carried. Most memorable gig ever!

The best the best the best, no denying them, the most gifted four piece ever. If you don’t believe, watch and be educated.

Ian sounds even better than on record here. I've never heard him this good.
Untouchable
whoa, surely the best intro to a live roses track ever. To have been there off your face

Browny on his day had such a angelic voice
This is amazing, the drums and guitar sound out of this world. And Ian singing grand, Reni keeping up the groove.
