hello mam salamat po sa blog nyo sa tingin ko makakatulong po kayo sa akin , mag assume sana kami ng house and lot sa subdivision, assume po tawag dito dahil walang title ang may ari , ngunit may resibo sya na nagbabayad ng tax from 1995 to 2019 po. at isang papel na pangalan ng company na patunay sya ang may ari , yon lang po ang papel niya , pumayag sya na bilhin namin property niya , nasa Canada po sya nais nya na peperma sya ng documents ay sa internet lang daw ok naman sa kanya , problema namin pumunta kami sa notary public , hinahanapan kami ng titulo,, dahil hindi raw titulo yong papel na hawak namin , dalawang notary public na ang nilapitan namin ganon parin titulo parin niya ang hanap ,, pwede kaya sa baranggay ang ganitong problema mam , pano kaya kami matulungan ,, wala kasi kaming papel tulad ng waiver of rights at special power of attorney ,,Wala rin pong deed of Sale na papel na hawak ang may ari , sana po matulungan ninyo kami mam kahit sa payo nyo lang po ,maraming salamat po at God blessed.

@@dongshengdi773 I don't know how you've done your comparison but when I've talked to US realtors, their listings are more expensive as buyers bid each other. Also, I've been to the US and I've seen that many of the cheaper houses are made out of plywood just so it is faster to build and they can add many rooms but it eventually gives rise to quality problems. On the other hand, the Philippines utilizes bricks and concrete which are more durable construction materials. China, on the other hand, is experiencing a decline in property prices due to market speculation and unsustainable debt. You'll need to read more 🙂
