Backup essential data using built-in tools in Windows 10.

Go to settings, setup backup, select the hard drive containing the backup data, add the data folder to be backed up, then turn on automatic backup mode, Windows will automatically backup the selected data. The file name contains File History backup data. When the backup process is complete, users should turn off automatic backup mode.
