He had occasional pain but nothing else and didnt want to deal with is cuz of money issues lol. He turned out all right despite waiting so long. I thought maybe the OP maybe cracked a tooth into the gums or something
It depends where the abscess is but it can make you dangerously ill... It can even eat through your jaw and infect your brain/ throat if you leave it for a long time. When I had one it gave me pretty bad blood poisoning and a nasty nasal infection over a couple of weeks before I got it treated. They treat it as an emergency because it can be potentially life threatening (though very rarely actually is). Since it was NHS treatment it only cost me 20 odd quid for an extraction.

Hahaha I loved that face of dubiousness after pushing it, and nothing happened, and I, from a programming/filing system understanding, could just see the virtual wheels of the Hearthstone server melting as it tried to somehow process such an obtuse number of course :D. Very funny! On the other hand, having those numbers there show's us a great ratio of what kinds of cards you've gotten. I started doing some math on it.
I don't think it was problematic on the server side, more like the client side animations. The server did all the calculation by the time he saw the ammount of dust avaliable. It's just that the client can't really calculate 3 hours of animation "for some reason".
Biggest disappointment of gaming in 2017. Even E3 was not such a disaster. The Button was mythical thing, nobody knew what to expect, it could be a magnificent dustfest with earthpiercing sound effects and unstoppable blue flow. But not this. NotLikeThis.

Man I wish I had at least 1% of all that dust lol I could craft like at least 2 really competitive decks for each character, craft some cool legendaries for the lolz and still have some left to make changes whenever the metastarts doing big changes again (or for next expansion same shit)... Then again he has been playing HS daily for like 4 years, 8 hours or more a day and invested a lot of money aswell, but still lol it's insane really.
