Hwoarang is super sick! Love his outfits this time especially in this cyberpunk colorful look remade from his familiar 2nd costume. He's got some of the best costumes as well

What does 4 4 4 4s mean? I heard the same about 2 2 2s with Victor. What does it all mean?

Those are basic notations for tekken moves. If you play on the ps5 controller, 1234 refers to the face buttons on the gamepad. 1 is square, 2 is triangle, 3 is X and 4 is O respectively.
If you look in the description, i did a video title sample combos, in the first few seconds of the video there's a summarized chart of the tekken notations that you can easily refer to.
