Thank you again. I find you tutorials really useful. I have old Adobe manuals but sometimes finding what I'm looking for is nearly impossible. Here's a video thought, though you may have already covered it. How to move two direction points evenly on a curve, either inward or outward/ up or down so the curve stays even on both sides. I used to know how to do it but I can't seem to figure it out now.

Great question finding magic. If you do exactly as I’ve done in this video and use the scale tool with the two anchor points selected you should get the results that you’re looking for. The scale tool works with two non-adjacent anchor points. Just make sure that you only have those two selected and select the scale tool and you should be good to go. Let me know if you have problems.

@Helen Bradley Uhg. I'm getting so frustrated. I drew some simple railroad tracks. I just need the group to be 1/2' on one end, and 1" on the opposite end. How can I scale just one side? I feel like I've tried everything :/ . I've grouped them, I've tried making the a compound path. Nothing I do seems to scale just the one side. Can you please help? thank you.
