I was going to put just the Mana Beast battle, but it's more of a gimmick fight than a proper boss, so here's the penultimate boss too.
Dark Lich comes in sporting 6666 HP. When his body's visible, he can use lots of status effects, and can cast pretty much every single attack spell in the game at Lv 8, which can hurt. You can attack this form with physical attacks, but the boss has very high defense so you'll need to either use charged attacks or buff the boy or anyone else with Luna magic.
After a while, the Dark Lich will disappear, and his hands will appear on the ground, moving around. Touching the hands will cause damage and Unconscious status, and this is bad news for your AI partners who tend to move into enemy attacks - they can get stunlocked into damage until they die. Periodically, the boss' head will pop up and you can hit it with your attacks. That will prompt the boss to reappear.
You can try using physical attacks against the boss, but honestly... Magic in SoM is ludicrously overpowered, plus it ignores the boss' gimmick. Just cast spells over and over and it'll die very soon. You can prevent your AI partners from committing suicide in the hands by setting them to passive and moving away. Having Lv8 magic for my characters is hilariously overkill.
The final boss is the Mana Beast. The boss will fly away from the screen where it's invincible, pelt your party with a fireball, or swoop over to hit everyone - those attacks do pretty good damage, so heal when needed, though you can avoid them by casting a party wide spell just before it hits, but you need to time it properly. After a few moves, it'll move closer to the platform where you can attack it, but it has absurdly high defense and very quickly will cast Wall to repel spells (even if you dispel Wall, magic deals zero damage anyways). The only reliable way to defeat it is to have both the girl and sprite cast the Dryad spell Mana Power on the boy to revive the Mana Sword (you need the sword equipped). Cast the girl's Luna magic to buff the boy, and then just keep attacking until the beast is defeated. It has around 9900 HP.
