I absolutely LOVE that her crazy mode doesn't have any voice effects. Her natural, raspy and coarse tone does wonders to make her feel feral.
i think the attack and kill lines that are “feral” are ones she says in the berserk form since there are calm lines for the same champs

It's not vocal fry. It's more of a contained fry scream since vocal fry breaks if you add volume to it.

In Legends of Runeterra we learned that Vlad taught a little bit about blood magic to Noxian scientists and they use it to create blood monsters and zombies

I absolutely love her lines. She's so loud and aggressive, but also charming. I just hope she doesn't end up being permabanned.
She will the AI pathing from her frenzy is probably better than anything the below gold players can do by themselves, this champ it's the same as master yi, a noob stomper
@@BlueA Bronze and Silver players actually aren't too bad mechanically. It's just their awful decision making that keeps them from winning games. Her frenzy is gonna be useless if the player just runs into a 1v3 and dies. I just hope she won't be too popular.

I actually really dig her concept. She was built to be a living weapon but she doesnt want that to be her identity. She wants to change. But even then she doesnt despite herself for what she is and actually embraces her more violent side to things. That is really fking cool if you ask me.

I love that shes really insightful underneath her chaotic bloodlust. She asks good questions of what she doesnt know, and gives fairly wise answers of what she does know.
I love how she turns from innocent girl to bloodthirsty monster while also having surprisingly deep thoughts from time to time.

She kinda reminds me of Sigma from Overwatch. Sometimes can have a sane(ish) thought the rest is crazy

I am kinda disappointed they didn't make more interactions like with Riven which has sword with the same kind of Noxian runes, or Briar should talk to other Black Rose members like Leblanc, Cassiopeia or Rell. Not to mention that I counted for some banther with crazy Kled...

I'll be honest, I like her personality more than I thought I would, she's like if you had a party in a fantasy world, she'd be the crazy one that is also described as "the sister who's surprisingly easy to talk to" or "nicer than she looks" sort of thing

I expected her to sound more ominous and scary but her voice also fits when she yells I love it and I love her personality

Briar's philosophy
I really like the more course, rough, voice they gave her. Like she's this sarcastic, quippy, thousand year old vampire goblin. Perfect, and she's going to be VERY fun for me to play!
I didn’t expect her to be this. But I love it. Her relentless optimism in the face of being a literal bioengineered weapon is amazing.
Also love that she's the embodiment of shower thoughts.

As a talon one trick I am happy to see that we have the 1st champ that has interaction with talon since talon feels like hes a side character in game due to just not having an interaction with any of the other noxian champs or any lol character release. The relationship feels kinda interesting, its like talon is the strong silent type that keeps focus while briar is the chaotic loud gremlin that annoys alot for fun, a dynamic duo

I love her Sion interactions. I wanna see more of that! It’s almost like they’re siblings. They can’t stand each other but they can relate
I mean, they are weapons made by the Black Rose using hemomancy, so yeah, technically they are siblings.
Both are weapons created by hemomancy but Sion have his own concious before getting reanimate into a walking killing machine... and he want to get back to his grave while Briar created to be a mindless killing machine but getting lock up in prison make her mind free enough to learning anything around her and get her own concious.
They were imprisoned together, they know each other. (She talks to him in her teaser)

Briar has such a lively personality.
She could definitely use some anger management therapy.
her chaotic personality kinda reminds me of Nemona with being super distractive yet a comic relief at the same time
not gonna lie... as a talon main it actually makes me happy when i hear talon name in an interaction lol bcoz somehow talon didn't get any interaction, or any champ even mentioned him
I think urgot has an interaction with talon but only one line, either killing talon or meeting up talon
its also funny to think about why she has a line for talon... because one of the ways his passive manifests is with bleeding if memory serves. but in a way, talon is also a living weapon that was neglected by noxus. talon is treated less like a person by his own family... and more like a knife to throw or strike at the enemies of their houses ambitions.
though now i can imagine her, sion, and talon(maybe with vladimir as well) all in a kind of goofy posse. talon being of course edgy and very desperate to get her back in prison and to reclaim the honor of his kinda disgraced house, scion being the angry, grumpy, tired soul with mixed feelings on noxus, Briar the murder gremlin and playful scamp who bounces between innocent pranks and HANGRY MURDER FRENZY, and (if included) Vlad being the group unofficial dad...with all the blood puns. all of it making the black rose, swain, and the general powers of noxus very infuriated. a group of several living weapons all with their own grivances with the status quo... all ending up going kinda rogue and getting into scrapes as they leave a veritable trail of bodies and deal with their own personal shit as well.

I used to not be sure who my favorite character was, I'd always have a few id list, but now it's definitely Briar. I love her personality, it feels really unique. Like she's trying to be good but is still a bit of a chaos gremlin. I love her so much!!!!
I love that she has different lines for her champion-specific lines based on whether she's hungry or not.

I heard a lot of people saying that they were disappointed by her voice, but I couldn’t disagree more. Her frenzy lines are amazing, some of the best voice acting I’ve heard from a champ for a long while. Kudos to Julie Nathanson! 😄
