I really feel like this is a band again. Marcus has a great voice, and he needed instrumentals like this to bring out his natural tone. This song works very well and it doesn't sound like they just threw Marcus into the song. It sounds like they all collaborated and compromised with each other. It sounds very congruent, they are figuring out how to focus on each others strengths. I could not see Adrian being the vocalist for this song and that is what i wanted for this band. I love Adrian but Marcus is just as good and it's wonderful to see the band adapt to its new vocalist without compromising quality. It really shows how dynamic and talented those guitar players are, it really does.

I am a northlane fan emerged from early songs such as dispossesion, transcending dimensions etc but this new stuff just keeps it interesting. I am so impressed with the writing abilities of this band. xoxo
All though this is a subjective statement I believe Mesmer is defiantly one of the most innovated albums of 2017 regardless of any genre, these guys are about to do very big things and I can't wait to watch them when they come back the states!
Wouldn't put it behind them to create like 5 music videos alongside the MESMER video. There's still a lot of footage we haven't seen, even if some won't make the cut.
Another cool thing that you might have missed is at 0:07 the word memory in the top left corner of screen. It disappears after the silhouette creeps past. I'm now watching this video over and over looking for more little things like this
