Orest, this has been amazingly informational. Maybe I'm just beginning to listen, maybe with different ears. Maybe I need to be more open minded and not be afraid of being so. But, that still leaves me an 'Old Dave', 72 years old is still old and I don't have the vigor either physically or mentally, to move into such a risk. I used to dream, I don't do that much at all any more. I've always been a little crazy however. I wonder if there is a way for an old Horticulturist with a work background in Landscape Maintenance to offer his knowledge and savvy to a global audience. I recently sent Martha an email asking for mentoring from her. I hope she received it. That was in reference to the photography I have done and still do in hopes of producing poster quality art. But the art I've always been interested in, and have cultivated for most of my professional career, has to do with the detail pruning of ornamental trees, shrubs and evergreens. Since my years in Horticulture School I've been developing particular practices and methods of pruning and trimming to develop and maintain plant material as healthy, beautiful, long lived, and especially as natural as possible while still being productive enough to produce a financial profit in the work environment. You might get a sense of the level of interest I still exhibit. Do you have any idea how I can overcome the limitations of a senior citizen to take these attributes to the world? You know how to reach me on FB as an option to replying here. Later then, Bye.............................Old Dave
Thanks for including me Orest! Great video highlighting more of what you're doing at these events. Been so cool to see you multiple times this summer and be able to contribute to the cause.
Great video, intelligent man. This content will be a good blow against the Russophiles in this country as our society still seems to be so divided. Hopefully, Bansko develops even more. I know about the Bansko Jazz Festival in August but couldn't go unfortunately.
Bulgaria is indeed a very good shelter for refugees, especially because of the language similarities... but beware that Ruzzia is very active in Bulgaria, especially in media and politics it's full of ruzzian agents. Russophilia was having a big rise in Bulgaria in last decade because of the shortfalls of EU integration. Hopefully the war will change this but I'm pretty pessimistic about the future given how aggressive Ruzzia is acting especially in Bulgaria and Serbia.
Nice! While I didn't know about you before the RUSSIAN INVASION OF UKRAINE (sorry for caps, hate it being called a war like its a dispute...) but must b good to get back to reporting about other countries like you used to always do?(!)
