Is Being the Worst Actually the Best? A Review of Disney Villainous

  • In our second video ever, we size up Ravensburger's massively popular Disney Villainous title. Is this the greatest Disney board game of all time? Is it generally fun to throw Peter Pan at your friends? Is Prince John sexier than Jafar? Will electricity arc out of the janky outlet on the wall behind the man in this video, electrocuting him before he can answer these questions?
Give it a watch and find out! Also, which Disney villain would YOU nominate to take second place in a beauty pageant (first place is obviously already going to Captain Hook)? Slip your answer into the comments!
Check out the game on the publisher website here: www.ravensburg...
Thanks for watching... and thanks for checking out our Castle Panic review! We'll see you next Friday.

This is my favorite board game!! I even made a playlist with the villains songs and listen to it while I play 😍 It’s so fun 😆

It's one of our favorites too!! The playlist idea is top tier. We'll have to give that a try.

After having played this game and after watching your review, I now see that I am the equivilent of an 8 year-old game player. Thank you for giving me that insight and the review ;)

I would nominate the Queen of Hearts to win a Beauty Pageant, no question

Hello! In a typical game scenario, if my adversary plays Jasmine in my realm (assuming I am playing as Jafar), and on the following turn, I choose just to discard (I don't play any cards), am I allowed to draw cards until I reach a total of 4, or is the limit only 3? The effects of Jasmine's cards still apply if I choose to discard cards only? I would greatly appreciate your response. Thank you very much!

Great question! Yes, Jasmine's effect would still apply. If, for example, my opponent played Jasmine to Oasis, then on my next turn I moved to Streets of Agrabah and discarded three cards, I'd only draw up to one less card than my 'maximum hand size' (your maximum hand size is 4, unless you've got Scarab Pendant in play on your side of the board, in which case it'd be 5) at the end of my turn. So, in another example, if I discard 3 cards and Jasmine is on the board before I've played Scarab Pendant, I'd draw until I have 3 in hand at the end of my turn. That would be the case even if discarding cards is the only action I take on my turn.
