Congrats for putting together such a great Video, more of the World needs to see this. Even though I have never met these two wonderful people I have followed some of their Adventures in the USHGA Magazines over the years. I started Hang Gliding in 1981 and Paragliding in 1992 so I can relate with them in so many ways. At 78 myself I still fly one of my three Paragliders mostly at the Coast of different countries now. I have lost friends and have many that quit flying over the years but like CJ I will fly until I can't. Smiles.
CJ and George are an inspiration. I met them paragliding in Valle de Bravo last season. I'm in my late 30s, and it makes me think I could have 40+ more years of adventure left in me. I think about that a lot when I'm evaluating risk.
CJ and George are an inspiration. So glad to see them featured here. I aspire to age as gracefully and with as much zest for adventure as they have. Much love to them both!
I have seen a lot of good videos this year... but this hands down is my favorite!!! from the story to the amazing cinematography it really was spectacular.
Thank you for this beautiful film. I was lucky enough to be in the Tiger landing zone one of the days you were filming and it was a joy to watch her fly. I can say seeing CJ and George was and is an inspiration as I've started my own flying journey. Love this story & the filmmaking!
CJ, I'm so glad to have found this video. I met you and George at the Saltspring Island Fly-In many years ago. Good to see you are still flying. We certainly got to enjoy the sport at it's peak when we had so many flying sites to choose from. I continued flying hang gliders until about 15 years ago ,when I decided to start flying sailplanes. I still have a Vision Pulse sitting in my basement that I threaten to fly again one of these days. I miss hang gliding, but I find myself fortunate in meeting so many wonderful people during that time ,like you and George. Best regards Les Sainsbury
Oh wow, we know this couple. Had the pleasure of meeting them when they came to Midvale to join us in watching the sun eclipse at least of couple years ago. But we keep hearing about them through Patricia and Chris. We were all very concerned when CJ got so sick. But it looks like she is back!! What a great idea to do a video of them. Thank you ,we sure enjoyed it. It brought a great smile to our faces and our hearts!! Dave and Liz
We have known George and CJ since they were married in Portland in the mid-70s. What a lovely and accurate tribute to a remarkable couple who have grabbed life for everything it offers. They are wonderful human beings!
It was wonderful to meet you C.J. and George in Valle de Bravo, Mexico. Amazing all the lovely people here in the flying community. I enjoyed giving you guys both a lift back to town. Thanks for listening to a lonely guy here in Mexico. Keith M. Zacapu, Mx. by way of Lookout Mountian Flight Park
My buddy Kim Smith introduced me to George and CJ nearly 17 years ago at Dog Mountain. Kim told me that he just needed a driver, but im pretty sure that he knew that i was going to be a pilot before i did. George and CJ definitely inspired me that day. At 37, I just happened to be looking for a new sport, that I would be able to continue after hanging up my advanced, mountain, single track dirt bike helmet. After meeting them, I knew that I had found my new sport. 😁
Thanks for bringing me an all-day smile!

Flew with them when I lived in Seattle.
I felt like I was there flying with you.
