Why would an intruder take the time to write a 3 page ransom note on their stationary and not even take the child from the house, then kill her before the note is discovered? Makes no sense.
From statements, The morning of the 26th Burke leaves the house crying... very upset, with his N64 tucked under his arm to go to Fleet Jrs house. There are lots of people in the house and police officers are present. He has not been told anything as to what is going on. How do we know? Burke later says when he came back home he was expecting to see JonBenet there and then his dad tells him "JonBenet is in heaven" There is initial questioning of Burke at the Whites house, with Fleet Jrs Grandmother present. The initial questioning (after name spelling and birth date is recorded) is simple. What time did you get up yesterday (on Christmas morning)? "1130" Burke answers. The officer continues, noting that seems an odd specific time but he continues questioning using this timeline. "JonBenet was still sleeping" The officer assumes Burke is confused. 1130... PM? Where is Burkes head at the moment he's asked this first question by the police? Burke, as an adult, claims he did sneak downstairs on the 24th-25th (Christmas Eve). This shows he does sneak downstairs, if there is a reason to. But remember the stress on the 26th. He knows his mom is freaking out all morning. He can hear her. He states he's in his room coming up with scenarios in his head as to what could have happened to JonBenet... Burke even considers "kidnapping" with his own thought process added, "but how likely is that?" This is the most under the radar part of all the questioning. What does Burke think he's being asked on the morning of the 26th? "What time did you get up yesterday?" Does Burke assume a different question? Does Burke answer the question he's expecting? One he has been dying to answer but no adult is asking him? This is his first chance. Is Burke about to confess to "What time did you get back up last night?", or is he ready to spin the story he's been considering all night? I can only consider 1 motivation for a child to sneak downstairs Christmas night - a present that child wants desperately to play with. And Burke has that gift. He's carried it around all day. He took it to the Whites house. The N64. The gift of the season. Released in September of 96. So the simple question is where is the N64 after it's taken to the Christmas party? And there is evidence it is connected to the TV in the Den. The only TV on the first floor. Evidence? Sure. John says before getting Burke to bed, he helped Burke "assemble some toy" downstairs. I imagine Burke walked in from the garage with it under his arm and immediately turned left into the Den to connect it. Or tried to take it to his bedroom and connect it but was dissuaded by John because Burke wouldn't get any sleep if it was connected up there. I suspect John and Burke were connecting the N64 to the downstairs TV in the Den. This was a large TV. You'd probably need a flashlight to see the RCA connections on the back of the set. That is what brought Burke back downstairs once he thought his parents were asleep. JonBenet joins him at some point. And with pineapple covered fingertips touches a controller, and the crime is kicked off.
JB may have heard him going downstairs and wanted to play too. As younger sibs are wont to do. Ofc he didn’t want her to so to distract her & keep her quiet, he made her a bowl of pineapple. You are the ONLY one I have followed who analyzes this as deeply as you do. This might top your video on Burke and his chipping at wood sticks similar to the one used to bind Jon Benet.
Love your analysis and the points you make, especially on this particular case, as it has a special place in my heart. Every true crime enthusiast has one, and JonBenet is this one case for me. Your continuous effort on dissecting this case always provides new insight, which I appreciate. Keep up the good work, ignore the trolls and naysayers.
On a previous episode of TCRS you showed John at a crime symposium saying the DNA " just might belong to one of Burke's little friends ". I truly believe it will.
Both of the Ramseys were real quick to start pointing fingers at their own friends such as Fleet White, the housekeeper.., yet when the accusations started coming their way they start playing the victims role!
It is the most authentic voice in true crime. You rock my brain to sleep through my ears. I get to hear your voice for a second time the next day while listening to what I missed falling asleep.

Nick you are the most authentic voice. The few cases I follow, you have thoroughly investigated and introduced facts that I've heard nowhere else. Love and appreciate your work.💚
I don't agree and I'm probably going to get a lot of flack for this. The person who made this comment was probably English. English people generally are not given to blowing their own trumpets and certainly don't appreciate it when other people do. It is for us listeners to say whether he is the MOST authentic or not. He is being too conclusive, too blatant. It sticks in our craw. When faced with criticism all he can do is mock, a sign of deception in itself. It's exactly the same if you criticise Crime Knight. He just lashes out in sarcasm. To be fair to him, he has done a very forensic examination of the McCann case, far deeper than this guy. Worth having a listen, if you can bear him. Nick is of course very sincere, but that's a different matter.
I do think there’s a bit of an epidemic on TH-cam of content creators clapping back at criticism. I unsubscribed from a channel lately because the creator showed how terribly thin-skinned they were when someone disagreed with them.
I think you can achieve being the most authentic voice in true crime without saying it. I think it's the self congratulatory pat on the back that annoyed some people. But maybe you should worry less about the comments. There's always gonna be negative ones.
I enjoy your work and its authenticity - it was interesting to hear how your tag line came about. So hard for someone so meticulous and dedicated to be subjected to ill informed criticism

Patsy was about to call him a piece of shit, you can see thats what she was about to say if you watch her mouth..which is probably how she refers to him outside of the public eye
I'll be totally honest and say I don't particularly like the intro song and graphics, although I love the rest of the graphics (book covers, bits of film used in videos, etc). It's just subjective isn't it. But you know what ? YT has equipped me with a little slidey bar that allows me to skip that bit. Bit of a 1st world problem to whine about it.
I never fail to be surprised at how often police develop an opinion based on their ability to detect lies by intuition. I also am amazed at how good people are at telling convincing lies.
I love listening to crime channels on TH-cam and without a doubt True Crime Rocket Science is the most unbiased, fact based, investigative and thorough that I have found. I love the way you educate us on *how to think critically*. Someone finding your intro "cringe worthy" probably isn't a genuine follower in my opinion.
"The most authentic voice..." Early on that description made me slow down and think about the information you provide and the way you present it. For what it's worth, that was my reaction to your question about the tagline.
I think your intro is fine. Doesn't matter what people say. It's you. It works. Stick with it. I love this channel. Thank you for all your hard work. ❤
Especially since they can just click past the intro if they choose. Some people just need something to fuss about...

@@jamesh1641 you came on with the the need to respond and spend valuable time.
@@DianeAvery-h1s I appreciate the time stamp. Too many TH-camrs are getting awfully thin-skinned and spending time clapping back at people who won’t change and don’t care.
@@DianeAvery-h1s I don’t know you and I don’t know the creator. For people who want just JBR start at 6:33. The creator knows his stuff I said that. I don’t care about his vendetta.
@@jamesh1641 maybe he cares, it’s his channel.
Clapping back against your critics is something I'm totally here for 👏🏻 Loved that part! Keep doing what you do. I love your work.
I like your voice! Your accent is lovely ❤
When it comes to the hard questions, the important questions, they cant seem to remember.
Just knowing that they were willing to leave the day JB was laying in the wine cellar, dead,
tells me all I need to know about who killed her
The sad thing here is that everyone has a pretty good idea of what most likely happened, but the public cant go and proof it.
To me, the most telling and intriguing part of the ‘ransom’ note was the last sentence: “It’s up to you now John.” How telling.
You are the only one I go to for real authentic crime analysis. You are the best in this field. ❤️ 6:48
I think you are one of the most authentic voices in true crime. You do your research and articulate your points very well I don’t think you should change a thing
@@misterlee403 The truth is he has no idea just like the rest of us and no real proof just a voice that is "the most authentic" so he claims.
@@flundeyvwhy are you even here then?
Well said Nick, I cringe over what these victims went through that you have covered. Keep up the awesome, priceless work and research that you do. 🥰💯
"This..........man". Because it was her son.
Yep.
The most authentic voice in true crime is diabolical today!! 🤣🤣🙌💯💯🔥
Thànkyou to the most Authentic Voice of True Crime...another very informative video.👌👏👏
They just ooze "we know what happened ", energy.
Keep bringing us great Contant and information. Love your channel.
So appreciate your work Nick, the best around hands down
❤
He literally talks about his daughter's killer with smile on his face
You ARE indeed the most authentic voice in true crime. You are the very best out there. 🎉❤
Nick, you are the most authentic voice , and you should be proud to claim it. I typically wait to the end to comment, but this one needed to be said now. Now I’ll move to hear the latest in your research, which I look forward to, from the most authentic voice in true crime.

I LOVE your voice, I am obsessed with your intelligence, research, analysis, and brilliant mind.
This is why I laugh when people talk about Karma and folks get what's coming to them in the end. The Ramsey's knew who harmed their baby, and they got away with it. To this day John Ramsey goes on TV and continues to lie. Such a shame.
Don't let the keyboard warriors get under your skin. You are much better than that.
I love you saying ❤ the most authentic voice in true crime ❤ it's true it's your own words your voice not a.i. not just words of others it's authentic ❤❤❤❤❤
Hey Nick...I happen to ❤ your voice!! No cringing from me!
Touché! I guess you told them. I thoroughly enjoy you your depth, your dedication your intelligence in this broadcast. You are so interesting but some people can’t handle the truth and the lengthy Analysis it takes to really solve the case. Thank you and God bless.❤️🙏
Incredible work always from you Nick! You are authentic & I don’t care if it’s said every time.
Love and really dig your introduction..its awesome..you are the number 1 investigative reporter of all..better than anyone else
I love love your channel. Keep up the great work and content. I’ve learned so much.
It is the most authentic voice in true crime. You rock my brain to sleep through my ears. I get to hear your voice for a second time the next day while listening to what I missed falling asleep.
Cant stand either one of them.
You are authentic. Some folks just don’t get it!
Thanks!
Gee, some people are just nasty, we all appreciate a bit of constructive criticism, but no one needs to be rubbished....Great show Nick, greatly appreciate the work you put into your no fluff investigations 🇭🇲
You do a wonderful job Nick !! And your intro is just fine the way it is.
That's how you handle trolls...with intelligence
You ARE the most authentic voice in true crime.
Your channel is excellent, Nick.
Nick you are the most authentic voice. The few cases I follow, you have thoroughly investigated and introduced facts that I've heard nowhere else. Love and appreciate your work.💚
Well said Nick!
Authentic and brilliant ❤
Some people are so insulting and stupid. Your analyze is amazing. No one is holding a gun to their head and forcing them to watch your channel.
Welcome back to critical thinking.
You are definitely “The Most Authentic Voice in True Crime”.
I think your Chanel is amazing and I agree you are authentic and very smart keep up the good work what you do is quite amazing
They never say a killer that murdered my little girl. Someone killed my baby. They never say it. EVER
Perhaps they are most offended by the adj. " Most"
I wouldn’t worry about some random making comments about your work. Just keep doing great content your way.
I think you do a wonderful job. There will always be people griping about something. You notice he keeps watching?
You are the most authintic voice in true crime! You have prooven it several times over. Ignore those haters. They can just fade away, and go listen to Nancy Drew, or One solved Mystery, that has never solved any crime. Just let them fade away. We wait with held breath for every word uou have to share with us. Facts, all facts, nothing but the facts! Thankyou!
I love your videos, books, well travelled reasoning, energy, & of course, the key quote! 😊
I LOVED your rant in this! It had me cracking up! Your videos are great and I love that you found a funny, intelligent, entertaining way to address someone who had a negative response.
Great video, as always!
I like your voice. It's part of why I subscribe.🎉🎉🎉🎉
You're like Paul the Apostle having to prove/defend himself. You should not need to toot your own horn. Your competence shines in all of your analyses.
Well at least 203k subs think TCRS is the most authentic voice in true crime 🤷♂
Love it!
Good on you Nick
I actually love hearing when you say most authentic cause I sincerely appreciate your analysis of all the crime stories you cover ❤
"The most authentic voice..." Early on that description made me slow down and think about the information you provide and the way you present it.
For what it's worth, that was my reaction to your question about the tagline.
