Simon is a good dude, I ran into him a few times at an old gym on the North Shore we all trained at many years ago and he was always really friendly, no wonder he’s a top agent
The biggest problem with rugby, which can't be fixed, is the slow and inevitable decline of the game in NZ. The Silverlake money won't fix the biggest issue - the lack of player depth which will become more of a problem in the future as less and less kids play the game. The number of test losses by the All Blacks since the 2015 RWC is a reflection of this lack of depth.
