No doubts the 2019 a7 is very technologically advanced but it just looks like a long wheelbase version of a5 sport back and the rear isn't sloppy anymore whereas in the previous generation the slope that goes from front to the back is an exceptional piece of art
The new A7 looks much better in person. The A5 sportback interior doesn't even come close to the A7.

Love driving my A7 took it around the French Alps may 2019 absolutely loved the experience these cars need motorways it was great fun driving on the alpine roads but I did notice the rearview mirror was too big and quite low on the screen if I could change one thing it would be a smaller rear view mirror and set higher up apart from that fantastic Drive loved every moment she didn't let me down 2000 miles door-to-door and it just felt like I pop to the shops down the road definitely will be buying another A7 in a couple of years time
Did you opt for the adaptive or air suspension? I'm thinking S-line with 20s and worried it maybe too firm.

Now that you’ve driven a few Audis with the new MMI system, how do you think the touch screen compares with the older MMI interface? I’m also an Audi owner (B9 allroad) and the MMI knob and hard buttons become second nature after a while. I’m sure the touchscreen is way better for apple CarPlay but I’m not sure if it’s going to be super distracting to use while driving. I’m also curious how the touch “buttons” work with gloves.
Using the screen is easy. Getting used to two screens and going up and down for things like drive select... that's something I'm not sure about yet. I think infiniti does a better job in the q50 with its "antiquated" dual screen setup, but the top screen is reserved for GPS and the bottom is for everything else. This new Audi system has the bottom reserved for hvac and the top reserved for everything else. I'm sure it simply takes a bit of getting used to, and it will require a user adjustment. I'm more worried about glare in the Texas sun and how it reacts to polarized sunglasses.
May you please confirm whether the 2018 A7 has all-wheel steering feature? It is advertised on the US website as "Adaptive Chassis package" but I can't find it in the build tool.
Not a fan of the touch screen for the hvac controls.

Basically, it's very smooth yet no different than the previous generation. Damping and turn-in feels the same as before. Ride quality has not changed, which is a good thing.

I hate that my 2019 A7 doesn't have massage seats, air suspension and dynamic wheel steering. The 3 features I would absolutely love the most. I got everything else though. Prestige, 21in wheels, etc...

The "Bigger cars" A7, A8. Q8 etc. need the 4.0 Supercharged engines.

The bigger engine isn't supercharged, they're all 4.0 V8 twin turbo....which is MUCH better especially with a simple ARP tune
Don't think the S models will get the V8's. Probably only 3.0 V6; V8 is for the RS6/RS7/RSQ8 only

Previous one's interior will look beautiful 20 years from now while this one is going to look like an overdone dated interior, but exterior is still beautiful

How firm is the suspension without the air ride?
Not firm just compliant. Air ride levels the car and adapts to speed bumps and pot holes better than a standard steel setup. Air suspension adds weight.
Exposed cup holders are doing my head in. I dont think I could get past it.

This was ok. You need to have better can angles and whatever that handheld was has bad lightning. I had to turn up the brithness on my phone thinking it was me but it was still the same. And try going to a quit space and if it's windy talk about interior of car first then exterior.
I have a 2019 A7 S line. I want to retrofit the oem S7 air suspension on it, along with massage seats and the rear sunshade for the doors and rear windshield just like the A6. Anyone thinks that's doable? I'm not too optimistic on the rear windshield but the doors, most definitely. The Q8 has a frameless door and yet has the rear door sunshades.

This is the reviewer guy from New Car Spin that tired to convince me not to buy the Q60 Red sport 400. He complained about the seatbelt in the Q60 and didn't like the car.
The Q60 is the coupe. I'd easily go for the Cadillac ATS-V coupe with a manual instead. However, I do like the the Q50 (sedan) better than the Q60 because it feels better.

Every time I see a new Audi A6, A7 or A8 exterior...I drool. Then I see the interior and those FINGERPRINT MAGNETS, and I'm quite content with my current A6. Seriously, Audi. Touchscreen controls are bad.

That's just the way it is. Audi doesn't even publish hp on window stickers anymore. Hybrids include combined hp even though it's from 2 different systems. I'd worry more about how many amps a stereo has...

Yes, it's fine. All new cars are bench tested in a booth where the vehicle is driven up to certain speeds. What you don't want to do is take your brand new car to a racetrack.

@@RoadandTract it was an 18 bought in 17...the whole process took almost 2 years...a lot of electrical problems...especially with the transmission...and the cruise control system
