I have to say, what my generation was figuring out in our early 40’s, you girls are figuring out in your late twenties and early thirties. And I love this for you! I’m so proud of you young ladies today!

Also "Sometimes the life we know is a crutch that keeps us from running after the life that we're meant for." Sis, THAT part.

The timing of this video couldn’t be more perfect. I’ve been feeling really down lately, and very confused what my next steps career-wise should be. Tbh, I really want to become a mental health therapist or social worker, but mainly holding back because they aren’t the most high-paying fields, and also wondering if I’m truly even meant for those things. I feel very insecure in every aspect of my life, mentally, financially, and emotionally. And I don’t have my bachelors degree yet (I’m 27) and feel very far behind. I feel like I’m losing hope in my future, and I should find a degree that will give me a more financially lucrative career right after a bachelors. But those things aren’t really things I want to do. I’ve been very stuck lately and hopeless. But your video gave me a lot of hope and encouragement to not give up on my dreams, and to just make a plan and take that first step. So thank you. I really needed to hear this today. ❤

As someone who got their Bachelor’s degree at 29, you’re not behind. And it seems like you’ve chosen a career path you’d like to follow. You’ll find a way to make it work

Thank you for making this video, it really helps put things into perspective when you kind of know something, but someone says it out loud and in a constructive way. You realize you are not the only one going through it and whatnot.

I think it's tricky because on the one hand we're not supposed to waste time but we've also been taught to not give up. Leaving a person/ relationship feels like giving up and besides the obvious pain and rejection I think feeling like giving up on something we considered to have potential (regardless of how real this might be) is counterintuitive.

Thank you so much for this video! Could you do the next one on how to find the right man for marriage? And how to date strategically to make sure you are not wasting your time with the wrong man! Thank you ❤
