I actually think Piastri’s side of the pit wall is more ready for a title fight than Lando’s side. Tom Stallard worked with Jenson Button so knows what to do.

That obviously has an effect. But it seems like Oscar is more proactive when it comes to making decisions. While Lando’s side of the garage is more reactive.

Instead of the current sprint format, allow each team to run a third car. You could have a mini championship with ten reserve drivers consisting of the current six sprint races. This would give the opportunity for rookie drivers to gain the necessary experience. From a spectators point of view you would have two championships to look forward to. The full championship with experienced drivers and a smaller one with new faces and talent to get to know and relate to.

    Sprint races:
All drivers finishing should receive 1 point with 2 points for the winner.
Normal points awarded should go to respective teams who appoint any qualified driver to race.
This would allow new talent to show their potential without disrupting the drivers' championship.
There should be a relaxing of some restrictions to showcase innovation in design and setup.

This is nothing new and from my memory this all started with a TV interview with a Major German computer company whom clearly stated that they would only sponsor Mercedes with German drivers. Prior to George joining I note the following instances including but not limited to the following..
Lewis Hamilton has faced several instances where team decisions or errors have impacted his race performance. Here are a few notable examples:
    1. **2015 with 12 laps to go at the Monaco Grand Prix**: A late pit stop call cost him a certain victory.
    2. **2016 Formula One Season**: Multiple reliability issues, including engine failures, affected his championship bid. But not his team mates vehicle.
    3. **2017 Azerbaijan Grand Prix**: A loose headrest forced an unscheduled pit stop, costing him a potential win.
    4. **2021 Monaco Grand Prix**: Slow pit stops and strategy errors left him finishing in 7th place.
    5. **2021 Turkish Grand Prix**: A late pit stop call led to a 5th place finish instead of a potential podium.
These are just a few instances, and there have been other moments throughout his career where team decisions have played a significant role in the outcome of his races.
This statement is ignoring the "covert racism" by Sky and Mercedes. Personally I believe someone above Toto is behind all of this and if you doubt me go back and look at the expression on Toto,s face at the end of the Spa race 2024. With his team coming in 1st and 2nd he looked miserable. Something is going on.

As Max unbleached the RB car's true performance, during the last 14 laps of the Silverstone race, we know that RB has the fastest car 'on track'. As Marco saying that the RB teams Hungary updates will resolve the track curb riding stability problems, we believe that Checo benefit most and will regain the coveted P2 place.

We can talk about the subtleties but it's clear as day that the McClaren strategists simply aren't good enough. They didn't want to accept the 5 second loss from double stacking Piastri, left him out an extra lap even though the inters were going 5-6 seconds faster than the softs PER SECTOR... anyone with the live timing data could see that.. they could argue, that it was possibly a gamble in case the track dried up for Piastri - but a track on the knife-edge can only get wetter over that small window. NEVER in the other direction (it doesn't dry out within a lap or two). Same with asking Lando about the tyres, they have the data, especially with Piastri already on the mediums.. these were NO-BRAINER decisions.. which means, u have to have no brain to make the calls McClaren made (consistently now).

Max and Lewis could have won and did win because of experience
Lando and Oscar lost the win because of lack of experience
Red Bull and Mercedes, along with Max and Lewis know how to lead and read a race, as do the teams and engineers because of that experience
Lando, Oscar and McLaren, simply put don't because they lack that experience of being in the front and fighting
McLaren will learn, just as Red Bull and Mercedes did. It takes time and pain like Silverstone. But like they did with the car, they'll improve and they'll get there.

The messages to lando are just strange why would you give him the option to cover max or lewis? He is going to pick lewis he wants to win the race, so he's obviously going to say soft. They seem scared to upset lando so they just give SO much information so it's his decision and not there's. There's too much debate. You need fast clear instructions.
