@@cheekywatcher personally I do not follow back everyone because 1) not everyone has an interesting feed in my opinion and 2) and probably the main reason I want to be truly engaged with I follow so I must keep these accounts to a number I can manage otherwise it will just go out of hands. The majority of teh tactics to grow on Social Media are not scalable meaning I have actively doing things.
Biggest take away for me was 5 content pillars and breaking those down into separate topics. That was huge. I feel like that's going to give me consistency because I'll actually know what I'm going to write/share. And the mistake I've making is not taking actions to post consistently and knowing what to post so they go hand in hand. Thank you Natalie! You Rock!

I find it hard to stay consistent! But yah the fact that you said “you need people to trust you , they feel secure knowing that you are consistent” this answered why I’m not growing my followers instead I’m losing them daily.
So true! It is frustrating but I have so many clients who are so concerned with their followers but I'll ask 'is your business growing?' and often the answer is yes! So I guess the lesson is, your sales or whatever is more important than a big number!

I grew to 30k and now stuck. Lately seen my reach has dropped massively so wondering what's happening as I've heard others going through the same thing.
It's because of the elections. Instagram and other social media platforms are decreasing the engagement in certain topics not related to the elections to bring more awareness about voting. It makes sense to me but it's hurting businesses like crazy!
this happens bc of the algorithm. instagram is constantly making instagram less fun to be on... it’s turning into a marketing place, however it isn’t meant to be that.

Natalie this was so helpful, could you do another video on giveaways as I’ve never heard of a giveaway loop, only a follow loop? And also on how to prevent the same number of people unfollowing as follow you (so you don’t grow). And another one on hashtags as I’ve noticed some of the huge youtubers (like @lewishowes) have millions of followers but don’t appear to be using ANY hashtags?! 😳 Thank you! 😘
The GIVEAWAY loop, is basically where there's couple accounts pushing traffic to each other for a giveaway. Example Account 1 says follow Account 2, says follow Account 3, says follow Account 4, says follow Account 1 It's not rocket science, but it works extremely well, if whatever you're giving is valuable, you can have around 20 influencers in this giveaway loop and that will get you so much traffic. PREVENTING people from Unfollowing you. - People will always Unfollow you, even the biggest influencers lose some followers daily, that's not because they don't like them, but it's because they only follow to see if people follow to get more followers, but in your case it might just be that those pages Unfollowing are doing follow/Unfollow. What you should focus on is growing more followers than you lose, because you'll always lose followers. HASHTAGS! Hashtags is not a sliver bullet, maybe that's why many influencers don't use it that much, so don't just focus On Hashtags alone and start focusing on implementing other growth strategies that will make you have results with hashtags. Hey Juliette I'd say you do your research and find other people like who have big following on instagram, and see how they're promoting their jewelry and also providing value to their followers, and MODEL success, i mean you're probably going to be getting the same result if you follow exactly what they're doing to grow and promote their products. Also I'd suggest you start preframing your jewelry products on Instagram stories with a poll, like would you love jewelry A or B, and you'll tell them to DM you a certain word if they voted a certain jewelry, also reach out to people who voted and didn't reach out. Natalie this was so helpful, could you do another video on giveaways as I’ve never heard of a giveaway loop, only a follow loop? And also on how to prevent the same number of people unfollowing as follow you (so you don’t grow). And another one on hashtags as I’ve noticed some of the huge youtubers (like @lewishowes) have millions of followers but don’t appear to be using ANY hashtags?! 😳

I actually am not aware of either giveaway loop or follow loop. This would be so useful if these are all explained
The GIVEAWAY loop, is basically where there's couple accounts pushing traffic to each other for a giveaway.
Example
Account 1 says follow Account 2, says follow Account 3, says follow Account 4, says follow Account 1
It's not rocket science, but it works extremely well, if whatever you're giving is valuable, you can have around 20 influencers in this giveaway loop and that will get you so much traffic.
PREVENTING people from Unfollowing you.

People will always Unfollow you, even the biggest influencers lose some followers daily, that's not because they don't like them, but it's because they only follow to see if people follow to get more followers, but in your case it might just be that those pages Unfollowing are doing follow/Unfollow.
What you should focus on is growing more followers than you lose, because you'll always lose followers.
HASHTAGS!
Hashtags is not a sliver bullet, maybe that's why many influencers don't use it that much, so don't just focus On Hashtags alone and start focusing on implementing other growth strategies that will make you have results with hashtags.

I'd say you do your research and find other people like who have big following on instagram, and see how they're promoting their jewelry and also providing value to their followers, and MODEL success, i mean you're probably going to be getting the same result if you follow exactly what they're doing to grow and promote their products.
Also I'd suggest you start preframing your jewelry products on Instagram stories with a poll, like would you love jewelry A or B, and you'll tell them to DM you a certain word if they voted a certain jewelry, also reach out to people who voted and didn't reach out.

its true about growing an instagram acc cuz i have it for years and untill now im close to 2k followers so i like to shoutout and support my friends which are musicians or skaters and some people i dont know now, some shoutout back some dont which helps me grow things i do so i leearned everything on my own which is playing guitar and some other instruments and skating so as the years go by and you getting better of what you do people will found that interesting and search for more and more and thats basicly the best way to grow your account on instagram or youtube btw sorry for my horrible english
