    I love simple stickings that have so many orchestrational possibilities; they work so well in gig settings!

    Adam is definitely one of the better youtube drummers. Sweet, finally one of his fills I understand right off the bat. Dam, he's got one solid, FAST foot

    I look at it like an inverted paradiddle with the two rights played on the kick. This drum lick is very versatile and easy place anywhere in a groove. adding that flam at the end really gives it a punch.

    That snare sounds KILLER! Great lesson too. I like how this fill works nice at the beginning of the phrase as opposed to conventionally playing it on the last quarter.

    You already know I‘ll play this way too much, but I love these short lessons! I also really like the feel of placing the cymbal just before the 1 and leaving a bit of empty space.

    5 stroke roll with Kk I like it the foundation of creating a lot of chops and combines fills and rudiments thank you Adam great teacher

    Adam another very nice lesson. Yep this more simple but tasty fill allows huge amounts of creativity. Thanks for posting.

      @@binobones agree to a point. I love working on the 40 rudiments. But with some I struggle to use them in playing and making them musical. Adam's nice two beat fill allows huge creativity to enhance.

      He knows how to get the most out of 10 minutes. It’s the perfect length for TH-cam lessons like this. Long enough to get the information across but short enough to cater to our collective ADD.

    • @AdamTuminaro
      @AdamTuminaro  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Aside from learning 2 letlive albums for a gig in 2013, I’ve never played music that required it. Some very old cover videos are still on this channel, but I haven’t owned a double pedal in many years.
