It would be more eco friendly and better for your skin to not use it. That seems super harsh for a physical exfoliate.
If you use the right cleanser and not scrub it like it’s steel wool on a thirty year old pan I think you’ll be good❤😂
it’s not harsh at all after you soak it. it feels like rubbing a cloud on your face
