Question, why are premium bible’s never indexed 🤷‍♂️✌🏻

I hate to say it, but I think a lot of people don't like the way indexing looks. It ruins the aesthetic, and most people willing to pay $200 for a premium have probably read the Bible enough to not need indexing.
