They were asking for 'athletes and long distance runners' which made me realise thats the sort of people they use when there filming those super fast running scenes. There filming at place called Holy Island. It's a tiny island connected by a causeway. It gets cut off twice day I thought that was kinda cool

I love it and have seen it a lot, but Dawn of the Dead (2004) is my favorite. I've seen both films several times. My favorite scene, however, is the opening scene in 28 Weeks Later 2007. Rober Carlyle running down that riverbank with all those infected chasing him, then the one trying to get in the boat. Scariest scene ever.

Loved both but I think the first was more raw , I liked the grainy kind of low quality look of the film too it made it feel scarier . 28 weeks later was a lot more action packed tbf

Such a great film, the music and Cinematography are so masterful and artistic, the actors are all so top tier and the feeling of dread, hopelessness and pure fear are present the whole time keeping you at the edge of your seat. What a brilliant film, and 28 weeks later is really dope too as a sequel
In the late 90s, I got bitten by a brown bat outside of Austin at a place called Hamilton pool. I waited a couple of days until I told my dad about it. He immediately took me to a hospital in Dallas where I received rabies shots. I had to go twice a week to get a shot in my arm. Two years prior, they would give you shots in your stomach. I was a waiter at a restaurant called Texas Land And Cattle in Richardson, Texas. The managers heard about my bat bite and would not let me work because they thought there might be a chance that I have rabies. A few weeks later, I got to work again.

Man, there's usually a bunch of inaccuracy in this show, but this is something special lol. You have weeks to months to get rabies treated after being bitten or exposed before the symptoms kick in a the mortality rate is super high. It's the reason rabies isn't considered that big a deal even tho it's so deadly. It has a particularly long incubation period, and obviously, most people seek treatment immediately after being bitten by a wild animal.
Not a Zombie film, it is an outbreak film. These people are infected with an inhibitor that makes them full of rage. It's basically a spiritual sequel to The Crazies. Still a good movie.

The second one is good but not as good as the first, it does have it's moments though (like the opening for example, very iconic). You can also tell that the second one is very American. As a film.
Joe really needs to see more movies.. If he saw Train to Busan he'll never bring up 28 days later again.. I remember being bored watching it and the 2nd one had way too much shaky cam for me to enjoy it.

It's like saying a vampire movie isn't actually about vampires at all because it didn't take a wooden stake to take them down or they can't transform into a bat or something as if they don't fit like 50 other characteristics about what a vampire is. Zombie has as long as I can remember always had a double definition of either an undead flesh eating person or a mindless puppet. Either way, I literally do not care, as does this person, as does most people, it fits literally every possible definition of a zombie movie except if you wanna be a nitpicky know it all about it. And at this point I personally do it to annoy you people more than anything. You are the "*you're" of the zombie genre. No. One. Cares. It's not that deep.

The two greatest Zombie films of all time, arguably has to be Romero’s ‘Dawn of the Dead’ & Lucio Fulci’s ‘Zombi 2’!! For me, ‘Zombi’ edges out ‘Dawn’ but respect to those who stand with ‘Dawn’🍻

28 Days Later is a zombie flick, people in comments please stfu about it not being a zombie movie.
You cleary don't know what is zombie. it's amazing how many people don't know the difference between zombies and the infected. You become a zombie when you're dead. You have to be dead to become a zombie while in 28 days later it's living people who become infected. Zombies can only be killed with a bullet to the head while infected from 28 days later in any way. The infected must eat to survive while the zombies do not need to eat to survive. It's like someone saying that a tiger and a lion are the same animal just because they belong to the cat family and walk on all fours. Not the same. George Romero says the same thing in 28 Days Later. He said he liked those movies, but they weren't zombies.

Zombies are reanimated undead, the infected in 28 days later are very much alive. Not, a zombie movie.
The second one is good but not as good as the first, it does have it's moments though (like the opening for example, very iconic). You can also tell that the second one is very American. As a film.
Joe really needs to see more movies.. If he saw Train to Busan he'll never bring up 28 days later again.. I remember being bored watching it and the 2nd one had way too much shaky cam for me to enjoy it.
