Difference between intelligent and intellectuals, need some more clarification and we should arrive the so called intellectuals are really intellectuals.
Medha Patkar and team had opposed Narmada project in favour of tribals. Now, because of delay in implementation of the project, country lost GDP. The life status of tribals have turned much better now compared to their past.
Intellectuals support Tribals and the Maoist ideology. In fact, they are pushing those tribals to misery and state brutality.

Compare the living standards of the USA with other high-income countries. All other high-income countries have social welfare programs like Universal healthcare, Universal childcare and pre-k, paid parental and maternal leave, sick leave for workers, Tuition free college or affordable college,Social housing/public housing(public housing exists but its underfunded),Universal school meals(lunch debt exist in usa😦) and a living wage.
The USA doesnt have these social welfare programmes. libertarians oppose all these programmes saying the government shouldn't provide welfare to citizens. Also, libertarians oppose even modest gun control laws in the USA (which has frequent mass shootings and school shootings).
Social democracy/Capitalism with a welfare state is far better than the Libertarian model capitalism.

This is my point. ലോകത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ അല്ല ആദ്യമായി demonetization നടന്നത്. ആശയം അവിടെ ഉണ്ട്. താങ്കൾ പറയുന്ന പോലെ 2007ൽ ഈ ആശയം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് നടപ്പിലാക്കാതെ തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞ സർക്കാരിനും RBI ബോർഡിനെയും അഭിനന്ദിക്കേണ്ടേ?
