可惜近來少咗出街,咁唯有喺屋企整🙏🏻
連個腸粉豉油,都係自己整呀!
蔥花蝦米腸粉 Rice Rolls with Dried Shrimps and Green Scallions
Ingredients
Rice Roll Sauce 腸粉豉油
Light soy sauce 生抽 50g
Dark Soy Sauce 老抽 20g
Water 水 90g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 30g
Shallots 乾葱 50g
Scallions ( white part ) 葱段 (白色部份) 15-20g
Corn Oil 粟米油 5g
Rice Roll Batter腸粉漿
Rice Flour 粘米粉 80g
Tapioca Flour 木薯粉 20g
Wheat Flour 澄麵粉 10g
Corn Starch 粟粉 20g
Salt 鹽 0.25tsp
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 1tsp
Water 水 350g
Corn Oil 粟米油 10g
Dried shrimp 蝦米 35g
Scallion ( green part ) 葱花 20-25g

Ong! That is my kids favorite Dim Sum. I use to make that on the weekend's and because I have to make a lot and by the time I finish, it's take me couple of hours. 😪 and My kids complain, take to long to make the cheung fun. I use the same ingredients, but I mix my oil in to the dry ingredients first. That's to prevent the oil separate with the water. Thanks Tarzan. Looks good and delicious cheung fun.😍😋👏👏👍
