A 23 year old Benz still rock solid at 250 Kmh. I have a 2000 E 430 (wife’s car) and picked up a mint 2001 E430 Sport a year ago. Such great cars, better than the complicated stuff MB puts out today. Also have a 1990 W124 300CE, which is the last generation of truly over-engineered Benzes.

I too have a 2001 E430 in white with 228,000 miles. My buddy at the Mercedes dealership sold me his 2000 E320 with the very rare designo green interior just got it swapped over. It looks amazing

@@TopSpeedBrothers Too bad I have put the winter wheels on my car yesterday. I dont think I can clean the DPF well with only 210km/h. Doubt its smart either to drive with such speeds on winter tyres.🤔
Oh well... I'll wait till april, put the summer wheels back on it and then head to the border and drive with 240km/h in my remapped 2.0 TDI to properly clean the DPF.
The last time I did this I smelled a bad smell, it was like something was on fire. 🤣
I love surprising Golf R drivers in my W210 E55 😅 They think they have a sleeper but then their jaw drops 😂

I have a 2001 E430 Sport and I swapped the ultra rare Designo green interior into it from a E320. Green=better for the environment👍👍

I have a 2002 Grey Market E-430 Avant Garde AMG - Light Garde Edition - ( Lightened body panels on Passenger protected frame) Facelift front and curve skirts all around, oyster leather and burl mahogany interior, Bose sound system, Upgraded horsepower from 285 per AMG marked on interior panels and build. Proper adult mercedes, responsive and powerful to the point of scary. Most enjoyable beast I have ever owned ....truly understated, taken more than a view cars thru the gears off the line with their owners stunned at what is pulling past them.....
Car is 1 -of 1 ; factory techs that built the original came and had factory install 7 speed trans and do software update, new interior, etc. Original price of car was over 130k. Engineering.
Wish the video was longer and your car little bit faster. Hopefully you'll have many more chances for a duel like this. You declared war on environment but making it less poluted is not a bad thing. ✌

I dunno man, why are you germans so picky about going top speed. It's so boring going in a straight line.
But its a lot more boring going slow in a straight line. Also helps you getting places a lot quicker.
