I so agree with you Luke on Derrick Henry. He was the GOAT at Bama as far as RBs go and his pro career has been one of the best ever. Maybe he will get the recognition he deserves in years to come. Roll Tide and have a great day
Watched Bama since 1966 … Derek Henry is without doubt, for me, the greatest back I ever saw play… and the greatest of all Bama‘s Heisman winners… Including DeVonta… I was going over in my head all the great runners I saw play for Bama… My favorite is probably Johnny Musso, just because of the tear-away jerseys and the wishbone… And I went through the checklist… Derek Henry was the best He may have been one of the best ever …I watched O.J. Simpson, Jim, Otis, Archie Griffin, all the great running backs from Oklahoma in the 70s… I never saw any back carry a Team like Derrick Henry carried Bama in his final year. It was awe-inspiring When you started to talk about him the first play, I thought I was the stiff arm against Michigan State… Perfectly symbolic of that guys dominance on the field … I don’t know much about him except his exploits on the field, but the fact that he hasn’t gained the notoriety that he deserves …. probably means he’s a humble soul just doing his job “With talent on loan from God”
Koht went to vandy for revenge basically. The fact that he didn’t apologize tells the bigger story. How the heck he got into vandy academically idk lol 😂 RTR
I would have liked to see Dylan get some action but quarterback is the one position where the coaches just aren't going to randomly put a guy in. It was brief but he looked pretty damn solid in the spring game a while back
Justice stunk. No vision and got tackled insanely easily for a "power" back. Lots of fans blinded by his rating and the fact we stole him from under UGA's nose and disregarded how woeful he was. Probably will be better at Michigan but I seriously doubt he'll be the feature back he was supposed to be. Dude just has no ability for the subtleties of the position despite his athleticism.
Roll tide I so agree with you Luke on Derrick Henry. He was the GOAT at Bama as far as RBs go. We want players that want to play for Alabama we don't want disloyal hostages
Welcome to modern college football folks... Make sure to use a dry erase board when keeping track of players from season to season. Hopefully some of these young guys can step up on the front seven because it's definitely a needed area
#22 never produced. Players want to be paid and be able to leave whenever they want. Then they need to be productive, period. We must maintain the Bama Standard.
I can fix this nonsense easily. With regards to transfers and people saying coaches go all the time, well not without penalty. If a player is receiving "pay for play money" and wants to transfer, then either pay back the money or the receiving team has to compensate the team the player is leaving. If AD's want ordinary fans to contribute to the collective, then treat it like a business that everyone says it is. My donation would be the equivalent to purchasing stock. If the program makes money, I should get a dividend at the end of the year. I could then either reinvest the dividends or get paid
They ought to fix it so they can't transfer unless they go to a 5-7 team or worse or if they go to a better team they have to sit out a year like it used to be.
We did Caleb Odom wrong let’s just face the fact. Guy is 6.5 yet he didn’t receive not one pass in the red zone. That’s just poor coaching on Alabama’s behalf. RTR
I agree with you there. To say that he didn’t do much with his opportunities is not fair. If you only get 3 passes thrown your way and you catch 1 of 3, it not your fault for 33% catching percentage.
@ theses guys just say whatever gets them more views bro. They don’t keep it real until they absolutely have too. I’m starting a podcast that directly sheds light on keeping it real.
If you get paid you get a contract. Even Saban is finally saying it. You want big boy money? Then you got to play well for your pay and do as the coaches say. Contracts are the only way forward.
Grant Michigan’s other supposed 1st Round DT, 6-3 340 and fast, is going pro and not playing in Bowl Game against Alabama. Mason Graham other DT is also not playing. So Michigan’s biggest strength won’t be present in Bowl Game. Those 2 guys killed Ohio State with PFF Grades of 89 and 82. DE also not playing and graded in 70s against Ohio State. Clearly Alabama should have its way with Michigan’s DL. Milroe may have a career game.
Alabama football isn’t as fun as it used to be. That’s partly because the game itself has gone off the rails, and partly because Alabama’s place in the new order is uncertain.
Kendrick Law definitely got more money at Kentucky those folks are loaded and they paid players way back in 2006. When I played in Lexington. They basically funneled money through different businesses. One is called Appalachian Auto a repo company. I know this because I worked there and we had several Kentucky football players on payroll in which none ever showed up for work. It was only like 500 a week but still. lol
The 2014-2015 NC won by Ohio State, owes a Thank You to Bama’s former OC and current Ole Miss Coach, Lane Kiffin. He personally handed Urban Meyer the subsequent NC, when he FOOLISHLY stopped feeding Derek Henry, who we couldn’t stop, and instead tried to pass.
Will the Debor’s ice cream truck be traveling to Tampa for the bowl game? Will we have all 25 flavors available? Will refrigeration be a problem in the hot Florida sun?😂😂😂😂
Caleb Odom was the biggest loss because he has first round draft pick potential. If he balls out at ole miss then that could hurt us on the recruiting trail. RTR
@ lol bro the guy is 6’5 they never even threw him the ball in the red zone not even once. In the Tennessee game when milroe forced the ball to Ryan Williams and threw an interception. Odom was on the other side wide open and he was visibly frustrated after that. He clearly saw that the offense isn’t putting him in the best position to succeed.
@ yeah that’s the thing there just fine as in regular. I don’t like the jump suits that are tight fitting because they don’t fit once you wash them. And if you lift your arms up or bend over your whole stomach and butt is hanging out. Jordan brand has more baggy free flowing jump suits that actually give you wiggle room. And they’re more stylish
@ that’s the only thing i dislike about deboer him being from South Dakota he obviously lacks style based on the way he dresses for games. Now he has our team looking like there in PE class. Football in the south is a lifestyle looking good is part of it.
I so agree with you Luke on Derrick Henry. He was the GOAT at Bama as far as RBs go and his pro career has been one of the best ever. Maybe he will get the recognition he deserves in years to come. Roll Tide and have a great day
Any updates or rumors on Woods?

Idk brother. Look at what Seth did at Ohio Fake this year. We thought he wasn’t any good. The common denominator is bad play calling/scheming.
Caleb Odom will Dominate at Ole Miss!!!!!! Sad!!!!
@@NashVegasDuBoisSeth was rolling the ball to the QB on purpose. Had nothing to do with his talent.
Roll tide I so agree with you Luke on Derrick Henry. He was the GOAT at Bama as far as RBs go. We want players that want to play for Alabama we don't want disloyal hostages
I said earlier in the season justice didn’t fit Deboers offense because he’s not a quick footed scat back.

I just think he was overhyped. Pretty solid player but definitely not top tier five star.

Like swapping a 64 Chevy Biscayne for a 64 Impala. RTR!
In the 50’s you usually played 9 games, then in 60’s it went to 10
They ought to fix it so they can't transfer unless they go to a 5-7 team or worse or if they go to a better team they have to sit out a year like it used to be.
You can get a cut out of Jimmy so you will have someone to mute.
It was a safety from Baylor named Corey Gordon he’s a solid guy but doesn’t really have a lot of range. He’d end up being a depth player for us.
Just because a player goes to lower program doesn’t mean it is a net positive

I wanted Law to be a Hines Ward clone....but at Bama.

That's great in theory man but this is almost 2025
He wasn't disloyal, he wasn't getting the ball.

You say give it to Henry in 2013 but not sure if you remember they stuffed our run game every single time that day.

Really does any one care where Alabama deserted players end up ?
Are there rumors that Zavier Mincey might be playing some at safety?
Kevin Riley Is A Really Fast Back A Great Changeup But Nobody’s Talking About Him🙄

Geez dude move on
Dude, Saban lost that game and no one else. There is a reason Meyer is 5-2 against Saban, he is a better coach.
@ If u believe that oh well! If urban Meyer was a better Coach I guarantee he would still be coaching….

Morning practices will minimize chaffing under the Florida sun.
@DavidBolt, feeling left out?
Devontae smith was solid but very undisciplined as a player. I’ll take Chuck McDonald and red Morgan over him. RTR
Caleb Odom was the biggest loss because he has first round draft pick potential. If he balls out at ole miss then that could hurt us on the recruiting trail. RTR
Are you his daddy? He had every shot at winning a starting spot and he didn't do it. I'm going to laugh my arse of if Kiffin leaves for another job.

We ready should switch our apparel to the Jordan brand. Did yall see how crappy our Nike travel uniforms looked? I’m talking as bland as can be.
