Awesome piece of art. Not enough Guts and a little too much column for my taste, but I'm still glad that P1 made this. The cover art this is based on is super iconic, but I would never give Griffith that much room anywhere 😂 I know it's just a fictional character from a manga, but he did unspeakable things that, imo, disqualify him from being glorified in any shape or form.

Piece looks great. only reason haven't ordered is concerned on that cape bowing over time. I know it has the large peg, but the cape is still attached to it. How light is the cape and do you think there is potential for it to bow? I used to own tons of pvc figures and whenever they were like this type of build they always started bowing and I had to prop the ends of it up so it didn't happen.
The cape is super lightweight so I don’t see it bowing over time. Probably why they made it 1/6 scale. Prime 1 did good when it came to engineering this statue.
Yo man, just received mine today. The cape is somewhat heavy, but on top of the large peg behind the neck there is also a small one behind his left knee to support some of the cape weight so it should be good
@@floorent94 ah ok, that great to hear. without that extra support I have serious doubts. I used to own a statue company and this is the most dangerous type of engineering you can ever do.
