    What do you mean by release quickly by allowing your lower body to push downward aggressively creating the down portion of the arc while remaining in a stiff upper body.
    What specific change do you make? Do you push down in your toes or bend your knees and put the weight over the toe side edge or what?

    I have a question.
    When i want to trigger my progressive edge and launch into the air, should i press down and carve an arc in the water, which will render my board perpendicular to the cable direction?

      Some people dont do that but some do, you seem to do it.

    Slownes or quickness has nothing to do with the release.
    In "slow" version here the board is never fully perpendicular to the line thats why force isnt "sprung" at full force.
    In "medium" he never lowers his back down to water thats why not at full force.
    Slow medium quick - thats bull crap.
