Loading The Line The Hard Lean Drill

Is the towpoint maybe the location directly underneath where your line is fixed to the carrier ?

The towpoint is exactly what it sounds like, the point at which the rope is connected with the thing responsible for moving you through space, in this case it is the carrier.
