This is titanium nitride (TiNi), a coating presented at boxxers in 2000, meanwhile kashima is Molybdenum Bisulfide (MoS2), a patented coating used by Fox since 2011.
It’s great to see white lowers make a return again. I think my last bike that had white lowers was a 2009 Gary Fisher Roscoe 1. I will add it would have looked sooooo much better with black stanchions.

A Rockshox BOXXER with... KASHIMA? am i sleeping again?
Its only a custom fork and its Not kashima, it looks so, but it is another coat
Kashima is different from gold. Rockshox simply returned with the 2002 Boxxer
Kashima isn't proprietary to fox. KYB, and Showa have been using it on their factory forks for years.

Since Kashima is probably trade market by fox (assumption) what do you call this golden coating ?
Yeah, fox kinda owns Kashima. But yeah its just a really intense high quality anodization. Cool looking though!
