I have purchased Honda city during 2023 . It is excellent car and don’t think everyone need to buy SUV . Sedans has better comfort, easy handling and cheaper to maintain as compared to SUV. In city and Even on highway honda city is excellent car .
Same Here , I had Purchased in July, it's unmatched, I also had XUV700, Ertiga, And DZIRE ..
But City is unbeatable in any terms performance safety comfort

I agree with all of you , although I bought elevate ZX MT in November but I had City 2nd Gen for 15 years , had more than 2 lakhs on it and drove like a charm till its last day with us.......❤
@@JJR1476You said it right... Actually 2nd Generation had most of its components imported from Japan It was just assembled in India.So, it was the most smooth & comfortable even on roads filled with Potholes.I bought it as used & drove for almost 50k Kms.

Many so called Jacked up Hatchbacks(SUVs) will come and go but will never match the level of Sedans in terms of Looks,Handling, Stability, Steering feel and feedback, Mileage, Space, comfort,Boot Space etc
Companies who make sedans should increase the ground clearance to 180mm(like what VW/Skoda did) and market it like crazy But That day isn't far when there will be no sedan in the market and then People will realise the importance of Sedans❤
Jacking up sedan will make it rolly Polly with soft suspension thats why suvs have stiffer suspension as compared to sedans roads are much better now people should buy sedans

I like your videos! Happy new year to you! Yes, in 2023, I switched from 8 yr old Honda Amaze S MT to Honda Elevate ZX CVT. The experience has been fantastic and drove around 2.2 K in past 3 months. Switching to Automatic was conscious decision and enjoying clutch free life. Safety features along with ADAS was what I was looking for . Creta was not offering it in 2023 and Kia with ADAS , top model was crossing 22 lac on road price in Mumbai. So finalised on Honda. Drive specifically on weekends and very much satisfied with my Elevate.
Also mileage isn't bad..also build quality of Kia is a ? For.me.honda is a winner

@@drnikhilthadhani mil3age in city is easily 12-15 in heavy to medium traffic..in low traffic 18-19 and on highways 20 plus I achieved 24 also on yamuna expressway for 100 kms straight and overall 22 for all 300 kms..
All depends on cruise control for highways at 90 kmph even..
And for city light right foot
Kia seltos was above 22 lacs top model but did you drive it..and yes wat was the difference comparing with elevate?
Problem in our market started with Chidambaram sab bringing in sub 4 meter length and 1500 CC engine norms for taxation. Ever since we are getting cheap unsafe small cars. To reduce weight and enhance fuel economy companies use many plastic parts which make cars more like made of papad. Higher Cc engines properly tuned as per today's technology can give better combustion and efficiency which our tax policy prevents. Govt insists on BS norms change but do not bother about basic safety matters like Air bags etc. Gadkari talks about banning diesel cars as if they burn more diesel forgetting all the trucks is our roads that don't even change their filters timely which causes incomplete combustion causing pollution. We burn coal and produce electricity and govt promotes Eav cars that must use power from coal plants to charge the cars. People.buy EV cars thinking it's cheaper forgetting the higher initial cost and time to recover the same with a batter technology whose disposal is going to create huge environmental issues.
So instead of having a uniform and just taxation policy for passenger cars we have to pay the highest taxes for our vehicles and the very same tax structure ensures we get only cheaper not practical and sensible cars in the market.
I had hoped union government will at least look at the.ridiculous chidambaram taxation policy and allow the industry to grow sensibly giving us safer practical cars which will help the country no end and force a behaviour change in discarding old cars with govt incentive so that industry grows in strength. I think it's due to our policies that even companies like Honda is acting weirdly now.
With every budget I hope our FM injects some life into the industry for our benefit, but then I realise we still have Gadkari sab whose many statements about diesel, ev or hydrogen hardly make any sense in present conditions. 10 year down the line if technology advances suitably then may be his words will sink into my poor brain.
I don't understand the aggressive EV push, we are not a nation which is sitting on a surplus of electricity and a substantial part of our energy requirements is again met through fossil fuels.

I have purchased Kushaq, I was considering Slavia or Virtus the only reason for dropping them was primarily the size, as parking/driving them in congested/narrow roads would be a challenge.

@@ManandMachhinehe talked about parking and since sedans are longer they need more turn radius as well. That’s a challenge when u r negotiating narrow spaces. No doubt sedans have the best handling and stability.
@@ManandMachhine agreed, I loved the way Virtus drove, but another requirement was that my wife also had to be comfortable driving, in Sedan she found the judgement a bit difficult whereas in Kushaq the bonnet is visible. Probably if 360 degree camera would have been available as a feature, it would have titled my decision in favour of sedan. Unfortunately Skoda/VW are not offering this.

I could had bought a new car, but I bought Ford freestyle diesel 1.5L 2018 few days back for 5L. Still relevant today and better than many other cars I have driven. I am not shedding my hard earned money for SUV FOMO

I had Honda city bought in 2016, I am now looking to upgrade but sadly not very convinced with Virtus or Slavia. And, Not a big fan of Verna new look. Do you have any views on new sedan possibly from MG? Or any though by what time New Honda Civic will launch, I m not looking to spend anything beyond 20 lakh. Any suggestions?

@@VarunTomee-kr6nf Sedans are supposed to be city and highway cars. People taking those cars to ladakh or any off-roading terrain doesn't make it a off-roading car. Again such affairs occasionally is fine but you can't afford to do that thing daily with ur car. Btw I test drove Verna and the City in the area I live and the bumper touched one of the bumps with full load. Occasionally it may be fine but if you have to travel daily through that bump that raises multiple questions as to why I should damage the underbody of my vehicle knowingly.

4th gen city base model was available for 10.5 lakhs on road . The new one starts at 13 . Slavia is giving 1 litre engine 3 cylinder . Only ciaz and amaze left . Dezire is selling in taxi segment

Bought Honda City V CVT Golden Brown last week with heavy discount around 14L on road. Super value for money no nonsense car.
I have a 2010 Tata Manza dieeel which I have driven 2.8 L Kms in Surat, Gujarat.
Maintainence costs has been around 25000 per year average which includes tyres, battery and engine oil.
Running cost is around 80000 per year.
All the parts that were replaced such as radiator,AC condenser, shock absorbers,window glass up and down machine,alternator,fan belt, fans,etc were replaced with original parts by a trusted mechanic.
The 3 major challenges I faced in this car were :
1) Low AC cooling and therefore rendering it highly unfit to travel in temperatures above 40 Degrees.
And
2)Front shock absorbers breaking frequently and
3)Engine overheating when driving in high speeds in summers.
The positives were :
1)Good Engine power and hence a fun to drive in high speeds of 120-130 Kmph in winters.
2)Stable specially in mountainous turns and twists.
3)Spacious inside and in boot space ( I travelled with 2 families with myself as driver)
Now I am using metallic screen as curtain to stop heat from entering through windows as you know films as disallowed by HC.
Also I have put Roger in the 4 springs hence now shock absorbers have stopped breaking.
The engine is still as good as new.
I am a small time businessman, unwilling to buy a new one and block huge sums when I need them for my business.

I wish to re-register it once 15 yrs is completed.

I have purchased Honda Amaze Vx CVT. It is excellent car. Very good drivability compare to any other brand car. My friend who are having other brand car are also impressed with CVT.
I think, we don't need of suv's ( in some places its needful) because now a days Roads are very much smoother than ever in all over india & comfort of Sedan or Hatchback are very very good than so called SUV's👍👍

Now a 30 yr person also thinking of buying a car. Which was not there previously. Taxation system is all for betterment. That's how you are getting highways and roads like international standard.
Wrong reasons quoted for suv sales - not looks but practicality. There are no roads even in big cities

eedhar city k roads bhi kharab hai... lagta hai ab Adventure bikes bhi full on common ho jayengi; koi bhi kam ground clearance bikes nahi lengi (xcept below 5.5 feet height people), bar bar touch ho jaata hai... Crossover are the way 2 go now...

Brezza base model has 2 air bags while the top version has 6 air bags.
Booked Breeza ZXI, waiting for delivery. Btw 6 airbags are only in top model of Brezza not all variants.

Triber ke turbo kee wait suru se chal rahee hai. But reno destroyed itself by not introducing triber turbo. Now wait is over. Reno's big mistake. May b it had given good fight to ertiga in some cities of india. Also in comparison with maruti, it would be in a benefic position.

Tata motors cars lag quality. Also owners have reported rusting issues. 5 out of 10 customers have faced issues. One customer reported that the steering gets locked automatically when at high speeds. People having Tata cars for over 3 years have reported several other issues like oil leakage, rusting etc.
Even Brezza offers 6 Airbags in ZXI Plus variant, I wouldn't mind paying extra if it were to be offered across all variants

Hatchback segment ki gadiyon ka ground clearence badha rahe hai aur height badha rahe hai and unhe SUV bol rahe hai. truth is Hatchback segment will always rule in India.
