Nice short vlog, enjoyed, wonder when we will hear if they are going ahead with a DCO order? Aswell with project? Be good to see Universal happen especially with hype of it aswell what rides & attractions we could really see come in future, I am excited. But yeah, for now a waiting game & look forward to more future updates to come. Cheers 😀👍

No way to tell. Maybe at the opening of Epic Universal? but that's just a personal opinion.
@@ProjectUniversalUK I did hear a rumour that it was due to be announced in June. I’m not sure how true/reliable that source is though

Yeah don't always listen to rumors as that is what they mostly are at the moment, thing is I reckon we will see Harry Potter here built, especially with Studios not far away, probs likely if goes ahead will attempt & maybe will get an IP arrangement for a Harry Potter Themed area? Be epic if happens? But yeah, just for now take things as a pinch of salt & remain 50/50 minded as you just never know? But I hope 100% we get Harry Potter here, be really epic with maybe connection via rail to Harry Potter Studios? 🤔😀👍

No. Nothing has been confirmed, not even the park itself.
WB has the rights in the U.K. for the Watford attraction. They would need to agree to change that agreement, but it could be beneficial to them with additional travellers coming to the U.K. for Potterage
DO you think those houses@0.18 in will get an hefty payout to move?
I think they may.
And more green fields disappear from our landscape….
But new roller coasters, new trees, new plants, new landscaping..... you'd rather a field full of weeds and an old abandoned clay pit?
