I bought your braces and I'm having an issue distinguishing extensions inserts. They are just described as RL an LT and lower and upper. I have no idea which is for which angle...Also the booklet doesn even show the shape of them corresponding to each degree option so I can't even figure it out. Can you help me out here? And possibly insert some more info into your product so other people wont struggle with it?

You made installing the extension stops look like a breeze. It’s not a breeze. These are the most fiddly things to install. Some tips would be appreciated.

For whoever gets to read this: I used narrow pliers (in fact the ones, built into a Swiss knife) + toothpicks.
Toothpicks went into the slits first, then the extension stopper, to the point of it locking in the toothpicks, and then used the narrow pliers to pull on the toothpicks, which dragged the stoppers into position.

Why don’t you show the correct direction of the ligament? You can see that there is an asymmetric design yet no information is provided. 👎

Hi David, thanks for your enquiry. The ligament can be installed either way up. Please check the reply to your support request for more detail. Thanks.
