I don't think number 4 is entirely correct. I am not aware of any time when Jodi Arias and Travis Alexander lived together. It was said she would act like she lived there when friends came over. She would play the part of host and what not, but Travis' friends found it odd because she didn't actually live there. She never lived there as far as I know.
