I love when nature tells you time to do something vs man made calendar directions.. When the Cuckoo arrives I plant my sunflower seeds. When the Lilac leaves start to break I start sowing peas, brassicas, lettuces and other cool weather crops. When the Lilac flowers start to fade then I can sow squash and direct seed cucumbers and when the first Day Lily flower appears, all my peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers starts that I started as seeds under heat mats & grow lights back in Feb in the basement (and moved into the greenhouse around St Patty's day and up-potted as needed) all go into the ground. Nature speaking is better than a calendar to me!
This is a nice recipe for a liquid deodorant Terri, not seen anything like this before, so I am going to try it with the Rose Water I made last year too, I don't have all the essential oils you used so will try a different mix, not sure which ones as yet, I will wait and see what I am called to use at the time. Thank you for sharing and look forward to next week's film, all the best.
I love all of the rose treasures you have shared on your channel, this one looks really lovely. My roses are back in bloom, so back to "Mead Mondays" when I make mead using your instructions from a video a while ago. I add Lemon Balm to the rose infusion, or sometimes lemon verbena, or at times just straight rose. I made a rose toner with witch hazel. So much fun to play with different herbs and essential oils. I use doTerra's essential oils because of the purity. I learned how to use essential oils Iin the 80's from a woman who was a perfumer and learned in Turkey with some of the best rose oil on the plant. As far as synthetics, she called them "Paris Poison" so many people in her industry in the 60's were dying of cancer. She would test me by having me smell essential oils and synthetics, it was easy to tell them apart, the synthetics would give me a headache right away and the pure essential oils made me feel uplifted.
What a refreshing idea! Literally! I absolutely dote on patchouli! Since having breast cancer surgery in late 2018, I have opted for more natural body preparations, amongst others. This really fits the bill! Thank you!
It's so nice to see things in bloom there. Here, where I live, the tulips, daffodils, are just finishing up blooming. The temperature is a brisk 44 degrees Fahrenheit. We had a light frost last night and are expecting it again tonight. We should be seeing warmer temps next month.
Lovely video, Terri. Our Sunday morning treat and we will be making it. By the bye, over here in North Lancashire, I’ve not heard any cuckoos yet but I saw my first two swallows yesterday.
I've been making a stick deodorant with coconut oil and cocoa butter for years but it does melt in summer so will try this one. I love patchouli oil. Just made a batch of patchouli and geranium soap this morning. Thank you for this.
Hello Terri, lovely bright day in your garden, Good recipe too. I make a bottle of room spray or body spray, Rose is the main stay of which ever oils I choose depending on purpose, I enjoy learning more of your ideas. Thankyou. Hugs and Blessings to you .💚🌹
Hi Terri and Lol, and the doggies as well! Huge thanks for the tips and the deodorant mix! I do love your super positive attitude! Thank you for your high vibes 🙏 ✨️ 😊
I am going to try it, I already make munt lotion for summer, because of the hot flashes, but a natural deodorant even it people don’t want to do it because of danger with the commercial deodorant, think of the money you spent on that and what you spare out with making your own 🥳 I make my own face cream form glycerin and Cerave, no dry skin or wrinkles 👌✨
Your intro music always gives me the feels 🤗 Thank you for these beautiful videos and sharing your world with us 💚🙏💚 I'm excited to make the deodorant.
Awesome…we’re surrounded on every side, so whenever there’s a way whereby we can elude a harmful chemical in our body I’m in…greatly appreciated thank so much for sharing🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thanks for all the great information about the herbs & scents & their properties! You look so wonderful in your spring dress! I’m assuming it’s a true cotton, which I love to wear! Blessings to all🤗🇨🇦
Thank you for another interesting video. I had 3 lymph nodes removed 7 years ago under my left arm because of cancer. So I definitely will give your spray a go.
I always have rosewater to spray on myself. I like the fragrance and the 'mist'. My dog eats my banana skins, so I have to put them in the compost. This is a lovely recipe. I'm going to copy it. Thanks Terri and Lol. Have a great week, and I'll be checking out the latest from Bealtaine Cottage now. Blessings. 🌹from Canada.
Hello from the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, USA. I'm a huge plant lover & I love your videos! So glad I found you! Thanks for showing us all your wonderful plants & for the great info that you share! ❤
My granny always used banana peels & used coffee grounds & she always had the most beautiful roses. She also planted lavender near them to keep the aphids away.
Hiya Terri, thank you for sharing. I will give it a try using just the rosé components my preference just need to pick up the vodka. Blessings from a chilly night in southern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦🐝
I make my own spray deodorant with magnesium oil (that I also make myself) and glycerine. I love the idea of using the rosewater in the deodorant, and next time I make it, I'll use the magnesium with the rosewater . Cheers for the info xxx
Annas and Victoria, I dunno why they call it oil, but it's just 1 cup of magnesium flakes mixed into 1 cup of hot distilled water with a non-metal spoon. Cheers 🥳
Good Morning Terri! I just ordered young apothocary rose bushes. Due in this week. My mother had roses planted outside our windows in the 60's. A natural air freshner for the house. Thank you for the recipe. Have a good week! Blessings
Hi Terri "Amazing" just what i need thank you🤗 , i made the solid deodorant from one of your other shows which works really well, but i need a spray to take in my bag while a work so its perfect timing like you say with Summer not far away at last ! really enjoy making all these natural essentials very satisfying & to know whats in them as too much toxic rubbish out there ! keep hoping to catch a glimps of Lol in the background reflections but hes a pro at camera work for sure 😃, would love to see a video of you both together cooking a wholesome meal from what you have grown & i can imagine you both really do have a great laugh together , enjoyed his music videos also what a cool couple & talented thank you both for sharing xx

I live in the Deep South of the US & we have already had a few days around 90 degrees F (32 degrees C). I really don't like the artificial smell of most of the body sprays on the market, so I will definitely be making up some of this. I'll let you know how well it holds up when we get to the "Hell's Front Porch" portion of summer here.
Thank you Terri, love this and will make this. Love Colettes videos too, you are both great ladies, and share so much great knowledge. Thank you for taking the time to make this lovely video. Blessings to you xx

Hi, have you try with magnesium power + cornstarch + clay + coconut oil + shea butter + essential oils? This formula works for me and after years of searching for the best option! Hope it helps
I just got a rebounder to use daily and drain the lymph system. And I'm using castor oil packs on the liver at night. It has helped with my energy and inflammation. I so appreciate your channel and all your wonderful tips!
What an easy recipe! 😁❤️ I already began making my own natural perfumes after your videos got me started on soaps and deodorant so I'll grab some glycerin tomorrow and give it a try. Oak moss and bergamot are great in men's scents. Also, vanilla, labdanum and orange with a touch of rose and clove make a lovely winter solstice aroma. 👍
I've made natural spray deodorants, nice to learn about the glycerine addition - thanks. LOL Patchoulie is a bad odor, maybe it's better with mixed other oils - not everyone's cup of tea.
Beautiful video thanku Terri I made the solid one you showed and it was so good but will have a go at this one Loveys if love to you and your lovely happy doggies 💚🙏😊💚

What an easy recipe! 😁❤️
I already began making my own natural perfumes after your videos got me started on soaps and deodorant so I'll grab some glycerin tomorrow and give it a try. Oak moss and bergamot are great in men's scents. Also, vanilla, labdanum and orange with a touch of rose and clove make a lovely winter solstice aroma. 👍
Yes so many lovely scents to try and make it your own signature xx
Beautiful idea! 💖
Glad you like it! 😁
Thank you for such a simple natural product!
You are so welcome! Xx
I've made natural spray deodorants, nice to learn about the glycerine addition - thanks. LOL Patchoulie is a bad odor, maybe it's better with mixed other oils - not everyone's cup of tea.
People can use whatever oils they prefer. This is just one example of an oil blend
Thank you love your programme
