I’ve never voted and I’m 33. I’m voting this year. The past few years we’ve had to cut costs every way we can and we don’t eat out or shop online or anything. I didn’t have to use a calculator to buy groceries when Trump was President but I’ve had to these last few years and were barely getting by, my partner and I and our two kids having to live with my father because we can’t afford our own place in the prime of our lives. It’s just crazy.

How about stop hiring part time . Part timers can only get 20 hours per week . Employers dont have to pay overtime or insureance and unemployment ever since obama allowed big corparates to fire the full timers and hire them back as part time help . That just slashed the overtime workers. Walmart was happy about that all the way to the bank. I dont think walmart hires full time employees anymore . 20 hours per week is far from 40 hours to start making overtime. What a blow to all the american workers that needed those hours to survive. So many concerns for many Americans, across all States: 1) Very High Property Taxes are taking people's homes away, elderly should not have to pay any Real Estate Property Taxes for their only home. 2) Rent rates have gotten out of control. 3) Minimum wage with inflation is out of touch. 4) Criminal squatters are taking liberties with the antiquated squatter law. 5) Veterans and Elderly are homeless as many don't qualify for some benefits (Welfare, Food Stamps, Medicaid, Section 8). 6) Welfare abusers in every state; people under 25 , never worked, having child after child but receive all the benefits that should go to the Elderly, disabled, Veterans or working taxpayers who are trying to make ends meet. 7) Northern and Southern borders need attention. 8) Protect the American people's data - too many data breaches affecting taxpayers. 9) Legal and Working Tax paying immigrants should feel safe in America. 10) Education system needs an overhaul.

I'm not a fan of his and his policies, and I'll be voting for whoever the hell the Democrats decide to go with at this point, but I'll say I'm glad he was still able to make this speech. We would be in a much, much worse situation as a country right now and moving forward if he wasn't as lucky as he was. I don't see a future in this continued division of the ranks, this near constant war of words that has gone on for years and this driving polarization that has distracted us all from what unites us. I believe we all ultimately want the same things, and these little problems and disagreements can be solved if we work together towards breaking down the larger issues that are holding us back. Whatever happens in November, think less of those you disagree with as enemies, and consider them more as what it is; another perspective, looking at the issues from another angle. Maybe try seeing from that perspective yourself?
Wouldn’t you rather vote in who you think is best instead of letting a party decide? Maybe walk the talk about thinking for yourself instead of letting “the party” decide. Best wishes to you.

@xxfr33z3xx7 That's implying that going with Trump would be the only way towards attaining that, and there's plenty of options that we could go with instead but the powers that be won't allow or give credence to. The President doesn't make all the rules anyway, they're just the stamp at the end of the line. If anything it's more like the Supreme Court making the lasting changes now with how the power balance is currently. It's all fucked from the inside in how it's distributed.
