Suffered from PTSD for over 36 year (Falklands, Northern Ireland) and stumbled across this incredible duo a few years ago and haven't stopped since. Mike's voice is incredible and I absolutely love the fact they just jam in a pizzeria. He and Jeff (and their friends) have lifted me out of many a dark hole. I thank them both sincerely from the very bottom of my soul.

Who said anything about "instead"? I'm guessing most people who want to buy my version already own the Pink Floyd version, but enjoy a different take on a favorite tune. I never claimed to be better than Pink Floyd, or a replacement for them. I made these mp3's available to buy because people kept asking me to.

Love "Baker Street". Will do it some day, if I feel like I can do it justice. I used to do "Baker Street" live, and did the sax part on harmonica (or at least an approximation of it). But I still missed that epic guitar solo--it's hard to have to leave that out.

It was 2016 summer and I was in Dubrovnik for an international research project. One night we heard about a free concert around marina. Our expectations were zero and we just went to hang around and have a good time. Long story short, the guy was amazing, we were all spelled by the atmosphere and his talent. We asked for his social media account but it came out he does not use any. Anyway, I went back home and searched around the internet for a similar version of his covers. That is when I have came across Mike Masse and Jeff Hall. I saw many comments under their records why they are not famous while they are so much talented. Why nobody think maybe they do not care about it? I am academic in training and it is a stressful career (like many others). Recently, I started to learn play ukulele, this was one of my long time dream. I enjoy it tremendously because this is one of the few things that I do not try to prove myself and doing just to enjoy. I heard Mike and Jeff are lawyers, which is an extremely stressful occupation. So, maybe they first play for themselves not for other things. I strongly recommend everyone to take such a step for themselves.

It's called different renditions. While I love Pink Floyd, I also love great covers of awesome songs and this is one. I for one, have purchased several of Mikes covers, because they are just f*cking awesome. If you are hell-bent on listening to only PF versions, have at it.

@jeropage95 If you happen to be referring to the intro, I intentionally play it right next to saddle, to sort of emulate the radio effect used on the original studio version.
