As a trainer for 29 years and a nutritionist for as long, I have seen a lot of clients juiced, not juiced, and on and off the juice (as well as friends, training buddies and acquaintances) and the delts are the first thing to pop up on them and the first thing to deflate off them. That over-pumped delt look is an androgenic substance barometer.

Truth be told, I'd love to have that freaky juiced look, but I am natural in every way; I haven't even taken a pain killer since I was 17! And I am 52.
Have not been on any prescription drugs ever in my life, and no over the counter drugs either in my adult life; no allergy stuff, no anything.
I do take a lot of herbs and am quite fluent in herbology, even though my formal training has been in nutrition.
@@drose8372 you can build an impressive set of delts naturally. Really just depends on your genetic makeup and how you train them. I’ve been working out off and on for 20 years, natural and enhanced, and I’ve seen guys that I know for a fact are natural with better delts than guys that I know for a fact are on.
