I think Contractually it will turn out to be a blessing u didn’t win idol. You’re a power, stay independent for 5-6 months listen to offers, don’t be pressured. You’re going to be huge!
I'm curious to see how big she gets. She is an amazing singer but anymore great singers are a dime a dozen. I've seen a lot of talent go through shows like American Idol, The Voice, AGT, ect that blew me away with their voices but go absolutely nowhere once the show is over. Sure you can find them on TH-cam still trying but they never see the day where their song is on the radio. I honestly think that landing a successful commercial music career is like winning the lottery. It can happen but chances are slim. That doesn't mean to stop trying. The Music “business” is hell. I’m praying she stays independent.. in order to maintain her innocence & longevity. Getting caught up in the evil that exists in the music industry would be devastating to the sweet soul. I’d go to her concerts, but her music, support her as an independent artist that does her own thing.... and stays safe. (She’s so awesome AND gorgeous.. I pray nobody takes advantage of her).. ♥️
She could've won it if they hadn't given her terrible scores to sing. She could have 1000x better management and be a star overnight.

I think more women vote than men, which gives attractive men an advantage over female singers. I didn't like how the whole west coast was left out of voting, though I suppose American Idol knows that the west coast votes the same as the rest of the country statistically, so it can be left out of the sample.

In American Idol history, there have been plenty of winners that weren't my personal choice, but there have only been two eliminations that just made me *mad* at American voters. Those were Haley Reinhart and Casey Bishop. Both were not only the strongest of their seasons, but stood alongside the very best performers this show has seen, period.
I hope you get signed by someone who recognizes that and also who will play to your strengths rather than try to force you to be someone you're not.

I never even watched Idol until the 2019 season. I friggin loved Lacy Kaye Booth... was pissed she was eliminated at 5. She was the only singer on the 3 idol seasons I would pay to hear until this chick came along... I jam to her version of Black Hole Sun omw to work almost daily.
Pia Toscano was one of the worst eliminations in American Idol history

You didn’t necessarily need American Idol, just a platform to be heard.. but American Idol needed you..it kept people tuning in to an otherwise lost show just to see you. You will be one that again didn’t have enough “votes” but becomes loved & known, or “famous.” Stay humble, gentle, kind, loving. Bottom line is this season was packed full of great world class talent...Casey is a modern day Joplin but with more range and elegance in her voice..she definitely deserved top 3 but then again there 3 or 4 others that deserved as well..I have not doubt that she will have great career..she is awesome and there's no one her age who's doing rock like she does..she's very special and had a wide variety of styles she can pull off..hope she has great success!!

@@johnj28 I think that deal is with American Idol, not Casey Bishop. I believe she is obligated to go on the American Idol tour this summer, with the other top 10 contestants. After that, she is free to make her own deals. I certainly could be wrong about that.
