I stumbled upon this video while I was looking for videos to study my Chinese and it was so good for beginner like me, daily convos, simple vocabulary and funny hosts! It was really pleasant! Also interesting hearing another accents, because I usually speak and listen to classic pth with dongbei accent, so yours was a nice to test myself also on another accent. Looking forward to your podcast, hoping to see (hear) more of them in Chinese!

Honestly impressed by how fluent your alls mandarin is. I grew up speaking English while my parents spoke Chinese. And as an adult, I am rarely exposed Mandarin so I don’t think I could even hold a full conversation but I can at least understand everything without subtitles 🥲

Actually it depends on the school district in the US if your middle school is 6-8 or just 7-8. In the Los Angeles area I lived in it was 6-8 but where I am currently living in California the school district has intermediate school which is just 7-8. Also, red bean bao is my favorite ❤️
