It would be great to see some places that are available for monthly rent, not just yearly. Most of us only get 1 month visa. That place looks amazing, I would pay 60K baht for it per month, but I am only there for 1 month not a year. Great video and kool shots of the place.

Smart looking house there Coops. Out my price range sadly and also the neighbours are quite close for my liking. That's not a bad reflection of the property, merely my own personal tastes there.
I'm a fan of the condo's where you have a decent outlook and very little view from neighbouring condo's. I have no doubt that this one will make someone a great home to relax in and who will have happy times there.

It's only because this would've been shot at the tail end of High Season so you'd get higher prices because of that. Once Low Season properly kicks in you're bound to see some bargains from Coops and Shon.
