The name of the track and the track itself is on the 2nd CD of the Familia Myth III Soundtrack. Its called " アステリオス " or Asterios. That's where the name comes from, idk anything about Memoria Freese, but the fact that this song is on the last album is there. I know there is a soundtrack album from the game which was released last year, but I haven't checked that yet. Edit: Check VGMdb if you have any doubts.
