In this video, I'll show you how to render your animations! By the end of this video, you'll be able to quickly render your FNaF creations in Blender!
Finally got a video up! I apologize for the long wait, I was suffering from a MASSIVE burnout, and really needed a break. We're back, though!

You should change the title to "How to Render Animations in Blender" because this applies to all renders.
Honestly yeah, but majority of my audience is FNaF fans and if I don't put fnaf in the title majority of them won't click for some reason LOL ☠️

i actually didnt know rendering it in just png is better then just rendering the video straight to ffmpeg video,this helps out a fuckton
One thing I really recommend to use when exporting the final MP4: Even though using mp3 as audio option does the job, using "aac" as audio format would work better. Now why is this? Basically some video editing softwares or platforms(like Vegas Pro or Twitter) do not support mp3 for some reason when exporting your video with audio. You will most likely get a ear rape sound or just silence on your video. Same with the Output quality, when going over High quality your video could end up looking black and white in a different editing software (This happened to me a few times before realizing lol). It's a great tutorial overall, I liked the editing. Simply great for starters.

Hey BTB! Just wanted to say, I’m a huge fan of your work and you inspired me to get into FNaF animation. I had a quick question as I’m having some trouble. In my renders, my lighting makes my stuff look…flat, in Eevee I expected this but even switching to Cycles, I feel no matter my lighting set up, it looks…off and flat instead of realistic(not that I want it to look like photo realistic but I hope you get my point lmao) and I can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong. Any advice? Also, keep up the good work!
Easier mode: Just set the format to ffmpeg video then render the animation like that so you don’t go through the frame by frame

Hey btb I have a question about having a background in my animation.Since i have a potato laptop it tends to crash when i animate a scene. Is there any way to break the map into several rooms for example the fnaf 2 map if i wanted to use only the parts and service room, i couldn't hide other parts of the map
Because its a 1 whole piece.
Or do you have any suggestions for accurate fnaf maps that have seperated rooms?

thats why i use videos because when i was doing animation i was working hard for, i forget about putting it in random folder. and my entire progress was not f___ing saved.
tip for just rendering images: make sure you set the end and start frames to the same value, then press render animation. Blender doesn't do anything when you render images for some reason.

You can also change when rendering in cycles from cpu to gpu which is usually a lot better

I know me commenting twice may be annoying. so I wont get mad or annoyed if u don't respond. but I been searching everywhere. and I couldnt find anything. I mean I could but it was wrote in a long paragraph I couldn't understand. basically when I go into VSE in blender. and add a scene strip. I cant hear the audio from that strip. ik about the camera and sequnce view. but .. I cant use that. so.. is there a solution I could use??

when u said the thing about audio at the end, are u saying, if i rendered a fnaf animation with audio as a png, when i sequence it, and turn on render audio, it will still have audio, or are you saying i have to add audio in the sequencer
If you render a fnaf animation as .png with audio still in the sequencer, when you turn on render audio the rendered video will have audio with it.

Honestly you might have to get a stronger computer, you can probably remove some things and simplify your scene a bit to make it go a bit faster, but overall it all depends on the power of your computer.

I have a tip.
Go to edit, properties, system and press the 3rd one on the row, then tick both boxes and close it. It should half the render time! (My opinion)

Why is the spring Bonnie model texture looks different?
It's a retexture, I have it linked in the description.
Piece of advice as a 3D artist don't use PNG's they suck use EXR because you get better colour quality and you could do much better fixing with the EXR if your render doesn't look exactly the same in the renderer

i dunno if i'm just dumb or something but, can anyone here give me an tips on importing things? I know how to import but there are some models where everything like lighting, posing, cameras, alternate things for the model are included and i just want to import the base model but obviously not everything else, if i can get some help that'd be appreciated. i'm using the fnaf movie models by Ubuntutu for anyone wondering.
If possible, try to select the collection that matches the characters name instead of importing everything. Then you won’t get the extra meshes and lights.

I agree that WEBP File formats are just AUAUAIAUA (my way of vomiting in text) even though blender offers WEBP files YOU CANT EVEN IMPORT A WEBP FILE INTO IT

I wanted to ask something:
My animations, when rendered, are usually compressed and the final render doesn’t look very sharp. When i put the animation to TH-cam, it compresses even more and I’m left with a blurry mess.
Got any tips for less compressed and more crisp rendered animations?
Around the format of the animation, there’s an option to compress the rendered frames so the file size isn’t so big. You can probably increase the resolution, turn the compression setting off, and then set the output format on the video to at least perceptually lossless and the compression issue should be removed.
I can’t give an exact answer however, as sometimes I have this same problem…

There are some better formats that you can render with, but I’m not that experienced with them so I didn’t want to give any false information or have people run into errors I don’t know how to fix. I just said PNG because it’s more simple.
