This will be wonderful to have on my shelves! Thanks for sharing! Yesterday I canned some mandarin oranges and made maple apple jam. I was gifted a bunch of produce and I need to get it all preserved. Today's agenda is canning carrots, potatoes, blueberries, blueberry jam and applesauce 🙃
Hmm, I will definitely try this. We mainly eat fruits; however, my daughter likes chocolate (occasionally). It would be better to make it myself, which I try to do with most things. I invested in a Breville Smart Scoop Ice Cream Compressor a year ago. Knowing her, she would drizzle this over fruit and use it in her ice cream. It has been about a year since I canned anything, but I have quite a stash of canned items at home. Recently, I've been freeze-drying a lot of food; however, my daughter made a huge dent in the clam chowder that I'd canned. I followed Rose Red's instructions, so I'll make more soon. You inspired me to ramp up my canning a few years ago. I've always canned (mainly jams and jellies for loved ones), which my mom taught me as a child; however, I kicked it up several notches and now have a large pantry full of canned goods. Many helpful TH-camrs are out there with canning videos; however, you are my favorite. I really love/appreciate how you always share your love of teaching and God within your videos. I enjoy the verses you typically share at the end of each video. May God continue to bless you and your family. Thanks for being a blessing to others.:)

Thank you! I learned something new, and now I feel like I can do this! The towel on the bottom of the pot! That's how I'll do it

Thank you. You bless me.
How long can you store chocolate sauce once the lod has sealed?
@whitneywatson2290 we go through it so fast, so I don't really know. If I had to guess I would say at least 18 months. Probably more.
Hi, do you think the sugar could be cut? I don’t know if you have tried that. Thanks.
I hadn't tried it. Maybe.
