Another little detail I noticed was when Shuri was showing T'Challa both suit designs, he said that the yellow one was too flashy, saying "The goal is to not be seen." Killmonger later wore that suit. This shows the 2 beliefs both Kings had, one believing in not being seen by the world, and the other seeking out to show Wakanda in its full glory to the rest of the world.

When he was fighting Bucky, he had normal shoes on but when he jumped off the railing it still made no sound even though he didn't have his suit on. It goes to show that his skills don't only reside in the suit, but the training he had to become the Black Panther included him needing to be silent on his feet like an assassin. (R.I.P the legend himself Chadwick)
For your last point I'd like to add another detail. When T'Challa is with Zimo, he is always above Zimo in the frame showing that he is in a morally superior position as he chooses to abandon vengeance while Zimo remains spiteful. However in the mirrored scene with Erik they are on the same level showing that both characters have come to understand each other's point of view and share a moral equality. In a way, T'Challa can't stop Erik from dying like he did with Zimo because doing so would mean abandoning his position and jeopardizing all the growth that they both went through so much to attain.
Two things: 1. T'Challa couldn't stop Eric from dying, because at the time they get to that Platform, Eric has already suffered too much, and he also lost too much blood. 2. You pronounce it "Zimo", but spell it "Zemo".

I was gonna say the same thing. The Earth in the movie (right) looks NOTHING like anything on the left. You can clearly see the Indian subcontinent attached to Asia and Sri Lanka being an island, much like modern times. This is no detail, the VFX department ACTUALLY HAD AN OVERSIGHT.

But I've read these comic long before they were popular in the mainstream and that's DEFINITELY what was said. But maybe it's one of the small changes they made as well.
