at that point a port could be less expensive and give acces to flex fuel. damn i have to think about this ahah at the moment top mount and tran are not in my list so i have to chose well, my goal would be make an high 4 on 100-200@@kern417
It just depends on your goals. Nothing will beat the factory integration, control, and safety of the factory DI system. Adding port will add complexity and more opportunities for issues.
Hey Kern! For B58TU pumps (I have a m340) is it worth upgrading to DS2 fuel pump?? I currently run up to e50 on stock. So with DS2 I should be able to run full E and extract max power correct??
So with the new "DS25-350 with + 27% Cam" 99% of the Supra guys running hybrid turbos no longer need Port Injection? That would save a ton of money not needing a PI Plate, Injectors, and a Driver (reflex) What's the Catch? it seems too good to be true
Mine has red ends does this make any difference to whether it’s a ds1 or ds2, I’m assuming if it doesn’t have the long connection then IT’s definitely the updated version

@waynexyz7499 only dragy data. Still tuning but trapped 126mph 10.9x in 1/4 8.3 60-130 . Temps been hot tho fighting iats pulling timing. That was the old DAW I'm about to install new R version which is alot better from what I've seen on wheel specs.

Why? I guess if you're planning really high power numbers, sure, but you can run larger injectors without any need for PI.

all you need is an e85 tune. fuel just depends on your hp goals.

With an upgraded lpfp, a dorch ds25 hpfp and a DAW ultra flow R, but stock injectors, do you think it be possible to hit over 600whp?
You can do that on an ethanol mix without an upgraded lpfp.
Wasn‘t the old Dorch Stage 1 HPFP already capable of 600whp with pump gas? What is the difference in cc between old and new Stage 1(.5) HPFP?
They replaced their cc/rev data points with hp ratings because of how volumetric efficiency effects flow. It can't really be compared

You can't easily get 700+ without port currently. Time will tell with the new hpfps

Is it worth switching to the newer HPFP if you currently have the dorch stage 2, (DAW 2.5, e50 tune)? Or minimal gains?
Gains can be had but probably not worth it unless you plan on upgrading your transmission
How does the gen 1 ds25 compare to the fx200 though? Which is the flow king

The turbo will tap out earlier but the pump can flow that much
