I'm not even that much of a foodie, not on a professional chef/ passionate level anyways, but there's something so mesmerizing about how you talk about the food that makes it so easy to understand. I love it.
That is so weird! I made this exact dish 3 nights in a row last week!! The only thing I did differently was grill the peaches for that extra level of flavor.
Made this last night. First time eating burrata cheese. One of the reasons I love this channel is that you introduce many new ingredients. It was simple but so good. I didn't have any peaches (hard or soft) but I will use them the next time I make this dish.
these are by far the best cooking vlogs i have ever watched. love the explanation of how the flavours of the ingredients come together in the final dish!
OMG made this and it was delicious. I made it for my friend's B-Day and everyone loved it. I used an artesian sourdough olive bread and garlic infused olive oil. It was amazing. Thank you for the recipe.
Wonderful starter. Lovely, fresh and full of flavor. And, you are not weird for selecting the firm peaches. I am the gal behind you that swoops in and picks out all the squishy, overly ripe peaches. I cut them into pieces, place them on a plate and eat them like candy🤩
You’re instructional videos are so good I was wondering if you could do one on your cutting board cleaning routine? I have a similar one and was curious how you clean it after plating. Thanks and love the channel
This guy never ceases to amaze me. Ive been following you for a long time and man youve nailed every dish you made. Youre the only youtuber i would reccomend to watch for cooking italian dishes. I just watched the penne alla vodka video, perfect. You should try my favorite twist on that dish: if you manage to find some speck(a smoked meat similar to prosciutto) swap the prosciutto for that and use onions(scalogno if you have it) instead of garlic.youre gonna love it.peace
Wow. I know this is completely unrelated, but the passion you have for food with the mix of your tone is very attractive. Also this looks delicious haha
Delicious! I refer to burrata cheese as "performance art cheese". It's the oooozzzze, and then the ahhhhs. I had it all over Europe this summer and was so glad I found in my grocery store in the states.
Dude, I'm the same way with peaches. I don't like soft, overly sweet fruits at all. In fact that's why I prefer nectarines. Peach flavor with a tang, and a bite like an apple.
I Love to serve and Indulge my Italian Burrata with grilled peaches wrapped in Prosciutto Di Parma, Homemade and fresh baked Foccacia and some Homemade Pesto Ligurie 🌿 🇮🇹❤️🧀🥓🍑 Summer on a plate
Damn, this is so creative, but those flavors actually do work really well together now that I think about it! Tomato, basil, and burrata are already amazing on its own, but with peaches, that sweetness definitely cuts through the acidity of the tomatoes and balsamic, works really well with the freshness of the basil too! Yum! I'm definitely using this as a nice appetizer dish next time I have guests over!
Have to try this one out for sure, sometime soon! Your recipes are awesome in all cases, thank you for improving my recipe-collection and overall cooking skills, by giving helpful tips! One thing I observed in a couple of your videos is the comparably low volume for the parts of videos where you do the commentary afterwards. Maybe you could improve this a couple of decibel, so your voice is equally loud througout the video and isn't overtoned by the music for these portions. Have a nice day and never stop doing what you love! Greetings
Yum! The burrata looked nice, and the bread looked good too. I haven't made a Caprese and crostini in a while. Thanks for the 'desire jog' ; ) Will try this week.
Hi Steve, long time viewer. Just wanted to say I love the videos and you have a very clear and concise way of teaching. One little thing I've noticed is since you've started doing voiceovers, they're a lot quieter compared to the audio that's paired with the talking head shots. Nonetheless, keep up the good work and stay safe
Ya that’s a work in progress. I’m an amateur with audio. It’s a whole other beast I need to figure out. Let me know if I get better going forward. Stay on me
@@NOTANOTHERCOOKINGSHOW Yeah I'll keep my ear out brother. Are you using 2 different microphones? Is there no way to use the one you use for the talking head shots for the voiceovers too?
Never cared for the fuzzy skin on peaches. I'd probably use not quite ripe nectarines. I will try this thought. I love burrata and we have a bumper crop of cherry tomatoes and basil.
First person I hear that likes hard peaches. Gotta try this though, I mean I ate plenty of crostini al pomodoro in my life but I never tried peaches with mozzarella/burrata! Is there a specific variety I should go for?
sir, I have three pear trees that are so loaded with pairs that they look like weeping willows. some of the top branches are actually breaking. Is it too early to start pulling the pears? Any comments or links from you or posters here would be very much appreciated. cooked your pasta Alfredo dish this evening for dinner, it was fabulous.
hey. you better pick some of those pears real quick if you don‘t want to damage your trees. you will still have plenty of fruits to pick when they’re ripe. we have apple trees in our yard and this happened to us before.
again I wanted to thank you so much for the advice I went out today and pulled a ton of pears down I will be raking them into batches tonight. this is new to me, any suggestions as to what I can do with so many pears, in any cooking or canning capacity, would not go unappreciated!
@@carolinestockli9084 I would be remiss, if I didn't mention not another cooking show, which is by far my favorite Cooking Channel that allowed this transfer of knowledge.I have taken just over 100 lb of pears off the tree and once again I certainly appreciate your knowledge!
gotta admit, when i first saw your thumbnails, i thought you were just another pretentious hipster avocado toast cooking channel, but damn, you understand flavors and your dishes blow me away
Quintessential Italian cuisine; High quality ingredients in their simplest form, coming together to make something truly delicious
This man is truly a gourmet ! Especially when he prepares Italian delicacies as in this case ! He knows what good things are.
Ciao from Italy ! 😉👍
My goodness...that looks fantastic.
I love your channel man!

Whoever made that bread needs a raise. It is perfection
That is so weird! I made this exact dish 3 nights in a row last week!! The only thing I did differently was grill the peaches for that extra level of flavor.
Oh I just remembered I also added prosciutto!
Lol I exactly thought the same thing !
Grilled peaches and shredded prosciutto would pimp this recipe
oh yes, grilled peaches..... yummy

Favorite cooking channel on TH-cam, hands down!!! You’re amazing!
what a BRILLIANT idea!
I just made this and forgot the peaches. So I used blueberries instead. Really terrific. Actually, outstanding!

nectarines are the best fruit i swearrrr
Good combo. I caramalize the peaches in that dish with brown sugar. Just brings it to another level. But your way is abviously a bit lighter 👌🏽
Simple and delicious !
I was on the fence about it until I saw you take that bite, too good.
I've never heard of burrata and peaches... I'm intrigued
This dude is always staring at his food in the thumbnail like it's an alien artifact lmao
I gotta try this. I love Burrata

Everything you make looks soooooo good😋
Made this, lucky enough to have fresh peaches on hand. Delicious recipe 10/10
This looks so good. I can't wait to try this recipe. I like how you cook your bread on top of the stove. Thanks for sharing, your videos are awesome!
But, of course! looking so tasty! Thanks!
Well done that is how italian food works

What do you think could substitute for the burrata if you can't manage to find any?
I like when balsamic gets viscous. Try it on strawberries.
👏🏻 great video
My man. Love unripened peaches. I'm with you

Could you make a video on squid ink sauce pasta? One of my favorites!
Nice video! You should make tres leches cake too, I wanted to try and make it!
I think Im in love

What would I substitute for the burrata? I can't find it anywhere where I live
Man I love you, my favorite flavors right here
wuaooo looks delicious 😋
Beautiful.
Do you have a recipe or how-to on burrata??
Cool Chicken or Turkey marsala! Great show you have
Bravissimo
That's beautiful
fyi I believe the inside of the burrata is called straciatella :)
Wow!
Going to try this hard peach.
Oh dude, I’m all about that hard peach
What is the balsamic vinegar brand?
how did you use the music when the download option isn't available in Soundcloud?
You can cook for me anytime! Yum!
If we don’t find Burrata what can we use ?
Where's that frying pan from?
Wow!! I want to make this! 😋
You really know how to make every damn thing look good as hell😭😭🙌🏽🙌🏽
the crostini consumer
I’m gna make this!!! However, I am gna roast the cherry tomatoes and Ill add a fresh heirloom tomato.
Everything but the hard peaches👍
I didn't think he owned any plates; ) first time I seen him serve food from a plate!!! hehe :)
Bravo
Hard peaches all the way (sounds weird but i stand by it lol). Honestly I feel like bananas and avocados are the only fresh fruit I prefer to eat soft
What brand of non stick skillet are you using?
Sardel linked in the description
Lucky Seven !!
I also enjoy firm fruits lol
We who watch this show are 'the nut'. The peache's seed are the 'stone'.
"Peaches and cream (Oooh)
I need it cause you know that I'm a fiend"

It's called the "stone" of the peach in English
Clearly, he was cutting into a *male* peach. Please pay attention.
no it’s called the pit 🧐
You're not weird I like my peaches hard like apples too, their better that way then mushy
This is real mozzarella here! Not the sticky weird mozzarella most people eat 👀😍
Nice🤤🤤🤤
Damnnnnnn

Just subscribed to yet another cooking show! 🙄🤣
