that's happened to me once, I was wondering why one kingdom had dominated for centuries and it turns out the king spawned as Immortal and passed the trait to his son who became the Leader of the capital

The reason why soggy bread took all the land, was because in the new update cities get given to the kingdoms that started the war even if someone else from the alliance takes the city over
They should add a tree of life, and any country that has it get people that have a temporary buff (as long as the country controls it) that is effectively immortality

I wish the AI was slightly smarter, they don't build in ideal places sometimes for the sole reason that there is too much vegetation. It would be nice if they realized they could easily cut down some trees.....
Also ruined kingdom just leave so many ROADS that people can't built on (for some reason) which basically ruin the kingdom coming to settle there. I had to manually remove so many roads just to let them build stuff.
Make various Islands with people on It and make fighters that Will fight other people like boxing, the winner gets the other's traits and to fight the next opponent, you could do that with Monsters too
I am just glad that Soggy Bread didn't win, they declared against the wings and were getting curbstomp until Holy Water intervened. Then in the war against Holy Water soggy bread was losing until the Sad intervened. Soggy bread really were just some losers getting carried to the end.
Idea 💡 : titanic world size, BIG island bottom right(Citizens are elves), a lot random islands above and kinda to left a bit, give elves immortality, blessing, strength buff, speed buff, all good biomes, lot of berry bushes, female elf named Kim, kingdom name "Elves of thy land", top left islands humans, consisting of the worst biomes and having speed debuff and strength debuff, a few bushes and trees, dwarves on top right with just mountains and hills with grasslands, ogres with only candy and hot biomes there, add big island in middle with crystal and lemon and candy biomes on it.
Kwebbelkop should probably play this game, these video premises already feel like ai and this game is simply the easiest content farm... still love ur commentary and everything :)
If you pay attention, Realm of the Sad wasn't fighting as much as everyone else so they weren't losing as many people so they could build in strength.
