My artist package prs was 5 grand and I initially had the same reaction, "don't hurt it!" Then I realized I was keeping it for the rest of my life and it was meant to be played. It's the most well made thing I've ever bought in my life.

Would you care to make a video and tell us on how you go about building a chord progression and showing us what types of chords you like to use? Thank you in advance! Cheers and be safe!
I started playing guitar around 1985 , around the time PRS guitars started , and I still haven't owned one. This year I hope to own one. Love the story how Paul got the company started.
@16:21 "Those crazy nights, I do remember in my youth I do recall, those were the best times, most of all In the heat with a blue jean girl Burnin'". Well played Captain.... Well played...
Thank you for the demo, these are great works of art with the best materials available and while I would not buy one, I can still appreciate greatness, Jeff in LA USA
12:11 that was the first electric guitar riff I've ever heard (i was 3 years old, finding a Bryan Adams CD in my mom Drawers) since then I've fallen in love with electric guitars!!!!!
Yeah! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You gotta make a proper song with that lick as the main riff. Call it "Cap's lick" or something. Love it man! You should be proud of that lick, Lee. It's instantly recognisable as YOUR lick. How many players can say that? Own it, it's iconic. 💪🏻
I first saw a Dragon III in Denmark Street in about 1996-97 I think. Was a meaningful experience. That was £12,500 even then! The guy told me that the prototype was scalloped SO perfectly that they didn’t leave enough room for the glue. They’re a masterpiece.
It looks spectacular especially when the dragon is designed by Jeff Easley. He's my all-time favourite fantasy artist, and I grew up playing D&D/D&AD. His artwork on the cover of the books is imaginative and beautifully painted. I think this is a fantastic collection for Jeff's fans and rightly so an art piece in itself.
I feel like almost every US made PRS is destined to become a family heirloom, past down through the generations. Everything they make is a work of art.
The gates of heaven are actually guarded by Pete playing this guitar on a golden stool. You look behind him and see Lee cuddling with John Mayer on a cloud. As you enter the pearly gates, Pete hands you the guitar and says, "Welcome home," but he says it in Danish so you probably have no idea what's happening.
Hey guys, you are holding a silverburst and black guitar with a freaking flame-throwing dragon on the fingerboard... of course the pickups are gonna´ be hot! 😂 Great video btw.
I was in a guitar shop recently and tried lots of very expensive guitars and weirdly, the PRS ones didn't really give me anything. Don't get me wrong, they're great sounding, versatile, well made and beautiful guitars, but they're maybe too perfect. In trying (and succeeding) to get every detail right, they fail to obtain a personality (for me at least). They're great tools and I'd be genuinely very happy to own one, but I'd never buy one. I just can't fall in love with them like I can with a Fender, Charvel or even Epiphone. Maybe Paul should try making a guitar with untested hardware and just leaving it the way it is, unpolished, imperfect.
I love the look and sound of PRS guitars, never played one, but i believe they have wide profile necks....oops i have wee diddy sized hands, i get terrible wrist pain when i play a LP type guitar, not that i'm any good, but hey everyone loves a trier! Would like a just a standard PRS to add to the arsenal, but not top end. I might have another look at what the mighty Andertons have on offer. Beautiful playing guys always a joy.
Great video, I really enjoyed. Those guitars sound awesome. Great close up of the dragon. Can’t imagine how good that looks when it’s right in front of you. Great job guys👍
bssni touir hi, They did sound good to me but yeah I wouldn’t know if they sounded better than much cheaper guitars because I’m only just learning to play and if I owned it, it won’t sound that good anyway but I get your point, just because it cost a lot and to me looks nice, doesn’t mean that it actually sounds better. I do like them though.

yes this is a great idea
The Captains orange tone cable really makes a huge difference to how much better his sounds. Better get on the blower to PRS.
Enjoyed the "30 Grand Blues"! Lovely things and good for you for actually playing them.
They are missing really nice custom covers for the humbuckers. Something about uncovered humbuckers looks cheap on PRS and Gibsons to me.
